“First and foremost Kami has hands down professional customer service. We went in about 7ish and had a list of parts . She had to call multiple stores to get parts ordered. She is definitely hands down 1 of the best csr’s for this location. Now towards the middle of her researching the stores to get the parts the phone is ringing of the hook and she asked the gentleman Wayne if he could get that he disrespectfully yelled from the back commercial counter area that I told you I was counting down the money. First and foremost the store is open till 8 there is no reason to count money down to close anything out. This young lady had 3 more customers after us and this guy was worthless riding the clock. I am a very frequent shopper with this store. I asked Ms Kami if Al was still the manager of the store and she said yes sir. And miraculously the guy comes up front and still refused to assist anyone standing in line.”
