I have had several good experiences at this location previously, so I am giving them more stars. If only based on most recent visit, it would be one. The man that helped me would not answer any questions I had about different shipping options. I just wanted general info, having never mailed a box before, but he kept telling me he would have to start a transaction to tell me anything and if I changed my mind and he had to start over, he would have to answer questions about why the transaction took so long…
Seems his way of telling me I’m wasting his time. Anyway decided to go with what I assumed would be the less expensive route (I guessed right). Tells me it would be $72!!! I said that’s the cheapest way to send it? Yep. So went across the street to UPS and it cost $45. Save yourself money and a headache and go to UPS, cheaper and easier!

I’ve never been to a US Post Office and received “Motherly Love”…such informative and considerate service. The women there were amazing and guided me through online mishaps, receiving, and forwarding. Not to mention I got there right before closing. Not one person was in a rush to get customers out! Impeccable service. OUTSTANDING!

The lady stood there with her arms crossed, stared at me quickly eyeing me in a negative way. Not sure if it’s because I’m of different ethnicity.
Never have such uncomfortable interaction with a USPS postal service staff before in 35 years.
The end of my envelope popped open. I asked if I may use their tape. The following response was: ‘I don’t have any tape’’hey who worked at this station, do we have any tape’ the other lady relied we don’t provide tape anymore.
This is a packing and shipping service, and your staff don’t have tape to provide.
I can accept the service is not available but to lie that your shipping and delivery service don’t have tape; is a lie.
Maybe mgmt should consider early retirement for some of the not so vested employees.

Every single person at this location has been extremely kind and helpful until today. I have sent and received hundreds of packages without issue or extra charge using the FREE priority mail simple envelope that remains out/available 24/7 I assumed that since I was putting PAID labels on them it covered the shipping cost and have never had anyone tell me otherwise. Well apparently I made a mistake NOT knowing this and attempting to package something in person today that prompted the gentleman, who I was not talking to/looking at/trying to give ANYTHING to, yell at me across the entire room MAM YOU CANNOT USE THAT I CANNOT ACCEPT THAT FROM YOU in the most insanely rude tone of voice I have ever heard in my life, when I reiterated oh I didn’t know that I’ve used them before, he continued to LOUDLY yell across the room I GET THAT BUT YOU CANT USE THAT with zero indication of what I should even do instead. I would’ve GLADLY PAID MONEY for another package to send it in, but now instead I will be using ANY other location aside from this one to mail and/or receive everything. He could’ve easily asked me to walk up to the counter as no one was in line and nicely told me hey I’m not sure if you knew but you can’t mail that in that package, but I guess that would be too easy and embarrassing people for something they don’t know is more exciting.

Waiting for a package and checked my phone only to see it was not delivered. I heard no doorbell or no LOUD knocking at the door. I won’t be scheduling redelivery obviously.

Mail is always messed up. 2 day air is never 2 day air! Some carriers are rude. You can get your mail out of your box while the carrier is slow and you are in a hurry as long as you have your ID.
