i did find a couple issues with the 2016 Ford F150 Platinum( which almost looked like new) i bought and they resolved by time of purchase the next day. They will do what they say they will do. I am well pleased this purchase.
I have owned three weeks now and took on a 600 mile road trip next day after purchase. The truck has, no issues or warning lights. I would recommend them to a friend/family and would do business with them again.”

“Does anyone know anything as far as if I make a payment online will it reset the device they have to turn the vehicle off to give me more time while they are closed because I just made a payment yesterday. The vehicle belongs to my mom. She’s been out of town due to death in the family we have kept in contact with them. I have made payments for her as often as I can, which you know at least once a week while she was gone the last few weeks but now all of a sudden after I made a payment yesterday today the vehicle is not starting. They shut it down and they are closed I was supposed to be at work. I have kids. How can I get this resolved immediately? Does anybody know?”

“We had a truly great experience with this dealership! When we pulled up less than an hour before closing, Jermal Tolver met us on the lot before we had our car fully in park. He listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. The selection of vehicles to choose from on this lot was remarkable! The whole team (Jermal, Anton, the gentleman who did the final cleaning, and the manager on duty) that stayed until 9 on a Friday night were so accommodating. Jermal was also very thorough making sure we knew all the bells and whistles of our new Rogue, and he worked to make sure that we had all the information we needed before we left.
