Not the happiest with Take5. It seemed like the guy under my car wasn’t sure how to change the oil of my Volkswagen. If he was new that is fine…I understand. But when I left and heard an awful noise from underneath my car I was very worried. I returned back to find out none of the bolts from under my car wore out back on my car.

Marcon, Devonte, and James were the most kind and helpful men. Usually places like this try and take advantage of a single female, not here! Marcon let me know I needed new wipers and an AC filter, pulled a quote for me on both. He was understanding and respectful when I stated it wasn’t something I could afford at this time. It was a great experience overall! I had a bit of a panic after leaving, the manager Jonathan called me back within 2 minutes and offered to meet me where I was in town, on his day OFF to make sure everything was okay.I’ll never go anywhere else again, they all deserve a raise and bonus’s for their honestly, dedication and respect.

Great!!one of the employees James was great.the system was down and he was having a hard time but kept making sure I was okay to wait and everything was alright and made sure I had a drink.
