If you're looking to go through a drive-thru and get through it relatively quickly, this is NOT the bank to go to. Ive been there two times in the last week at various times. Once in the morning at 10:45 and once in the afternoon at 3:00. Both times I sat in the drive-thru with only three cars in the lanes for over 30 minutes! I don't know what these women inside are doing but they must have to put stakes down to make sure they're moving and a mirror in front of their face to make sure they're still breathing based upon the performance that were receiving out of this branch.

I wouldn't even give one star. The slowest service I have ever encountered at a bank. It doesn't take over an hour to process a few deposits. Wouldn't recommend this location if you don't want to wait for over an hour for anything.

Amber was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. The world we live in today has so many of us with a high level of anxiety and a multitude of personal matters to deal with. Our health and our finances are the foundation of our very existence. Which is to say, walking into a bank can be as stressful as walking into the hospital. Amber exuded a genuine sense of confidence and empathy. There were so many moving parts when we walked in and every single aspect worked out better than expected. I am so grateful she was there.Truly so grateful for her.

I have banked at Regions for years and this is the slowest branch that I have ever visited. As I was stuck in the drive-thru just trying to make a deposit I was watching the woman in the window eating what looked like a yogurt. Very unprofessional.
