I wish I could remember the name of the lady that tended to me. She’s a very nice person. I’m a bit squeamish about needles stuck into me but this lady was perfect nearly painless. I love this place and it’s always my go to blood draw place.

I had to take my father to this location. Thank God I made an appoitment. Its much smoother to do so. They had such a friendly staff. Amy drew blood from my father. My father told her that its difficult to get blood from hom. Amy did it on the second poke. She was super friendly. What great experience. Thank you to the staff especially Amy. Amy your a Rock Star

Took 3 hours to be seen. People with appointments were a hour past their appointments. It was obvious that the crew working didn’t care. Anytime a patient in the lobby had a question they would just roll their eyes and give the a generic answer, very unprofessionally. I will be forever changing where I get my lab done after this experience.

I most of the time drive to the beach to Quest I definitely will next time. My husband is a senior citizen. He has to walk with a walker. Everyone that the lady was complaining about the lady attitude ?. Very rude .we won't be back to the location.

I was fortunate enough to have Timara draw my blood. I am a very hard stick, as techs call it. She was professional in every way. I will request her on my next visit!

I've found that using this location has been extremely convenient, fast and the people are professional and personable. Most times I'm in and out in 20-minutes or less. Most of my time was spent checking in. Overall this is the best lab location I've found and I'll not change unless there is no other choice!

Why do you have to make an appointment if they're 45 minutes behind your scheduled time. Unnaceptable and I'll let my insurance know as well as Tyndall AFB Medicle Clinic know.
