Met with Geico claims to have one made for our Toyota highlander. Justin was very Profesional and straight to the job. But he was personal in a understanding way about the concerns of our repairs. The highlander is my hubby's baby and Justin could see his concern. We had a bad hail storm and it reaked havoc on vehicles in our area. But we feel assured it will be taken care of?.

I cannot say enough good things about Classic Collision. From the ladies in the front office to the repairmen, AAA+++ all the way. Took my car in to have $6,500 worth of rear-end collision work fixed. Dropped it off on Monday and it was ready by 5:00 on THURSDAY! Never had such quick service. AAA+++ in my book. Sharing my experience because this was completely unprofessional. I had called early Tuesday morning about towing my vehicle there after being involved in a car accident Monday afternoon. After speaking to the office lady saying I was good to get my vehicle towed there it finally got towed a little after 2. I called them to say they should be receiving it at any moment when the same lady I spoke to earlier said they’re refusing to work on my vehicle because of who my insurance is and I need to get it removed immediately?? I asked why wasn’t anything said earlier and she said this just happened? Like how did you just decide not to work with State Farm? I immediately had to call other shops and hope someone could get me as a tow. Also wasted a tow since it was after lunch I asked to be towed back home then to who I could find last minute but I would be responsible for all other tows after that. Honestly super unprofessional and should not have waited till I called to tell me they won’t work on it as my car was being dropped off. I finally found someone put in a request with my insurance to have it towed but by this time it was after 330 so they couldn’t get to it till the morning and begging them to not remove it themselves for the situation they put me in. I really hope this doesn’t happen often to other potential customers because I was appalled at how nonchalant they were about it.
