You can sit with us environment and boy did I feel it. I tried to snap a photo of one of the girls helping one another blow dry my hair. I thought it was so nice to see them work together and try and get me out of there. This was my first visit, we just moved to the area and I really enjoyed my time there!
Thank you for the military discount and thank you for encompassing an environment where women work together and are better together than a place of division! Keep encouraging your team to share the love of Jesus. I can feel it!

Here is my baby! She got her hair done by Delana! She was wonderful too and made my baby feel so beautiful!

Highly recommend Olivia Lane salon! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the lovely staff. Abby, my stylist, was simply amazing. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then worked her magic, leaving me with results that exceeded my expectation's. The owner is stuck up and rude. I think her name is Renee. I would not go here if you actually like your hair. They mess up often and hide their work so You won't know about it. Don't be like me and think you're paying out the can for good quality. I could have gone to super cuts for cheaper, better and have been treated like a real human.

Don’t go here. They fixed my hair for free (after I complained and paid over $200) but it still wasn’t great. Also while waiting until they were done, my ears were tortured with Christian music. Not very inclusive.

Normally I don’t leave a bad review . But I am really disappointed and don’t want other customer has to experience the same as me . Just don’t do Brazilian blowout there . Kelsie might good at something else . But not Brazilian blow out for sure . Normally I do Brazilian blowout every year . Sometimes 2 times a year. This time I spent $250+$40. And it was terrible. 1 hair wash already back to normal. So mad and disappointed ☹️

I actually was very disappointed in this Hair salon. I was excited about going here, because they were in the top 3 of best salons in Bay County. It wasn't bad, just not what I wanted. I did find them a bit pricey for a hair cut, $60. The top of my hair was left too long, making it flat and I wanted heavy short layers, but received long layers and not choppy like I wanted it. The salon itself is very nice and modern and the staff is nice. I just moved here from NY and can't find anyone here to do my hair right. I'm going to NY, just to go to my old hairdresser, so she can correct my haircut. I'm afraid now to go to anyone down here for my hair.

The staff and service at this salon are exceptional. I walked in (somewhat distraught) to see if they could do a last minute color correction from another salon and they were able to squeeze me in. I felt right at home as the staff (Erin, Renee and Andrea…I hope I got those names right) were warm and inviting. They understood what I was describing and totally delivered. On top of all of that, the salon is super cute and the hair washing bowls don’t hurt your neck! ??. Thanks for the great experience Olivia Lane Salon ~ I will be back!Service: Hair coloring

BUYER BEWARE!Every client has to sign a contract before they touch your hair which should have been a sign to walk out but I needed a touch up bad.I paid $350 for a partial from an inexperienced beautician. What’s worse is they lied to me about it. I was left with an orange ring around my head that looked terrible and had to pay someone else for a color correction which made this a very costly mistake nearing $1000.The owner did nothing to fix the issue and I’ve heard by word of mouth that this is not an uncommon experience at this salon.Pay attention to the age of these 5 star reviews, this place is no longer a quality salon and most of the stylists on these reviews are no longer there.

Wow, where do I even begin? I’ve been searching for a good hair salon that can accommodate women who wear hijab, while feeling taken care of and my hair needs. As a first time clientele, I enter and see my name on the chalkboard being welcomed which was a nice touch especially having been on the hunt for a good local salon for some time.I was blown away by the service, how kind Renee, Andrea, and every one of the ladies are. They stayed late to make sure my hair was the right color where I wanted it to be. They gave me the ultimate treatment, and I was really touched by how sweet and well they took care of me. Renee and the stylists were honest and wanted to make sure I preserved the health of my hair, guiding me each step of the way, taking the color slowly to achieve the look we wanted. Each time I come back, I feel welcomed, accommodated, and pampered which means so much to me. I love how my hair turned out. If you want to be treated like a Queen and have the best hair and service, Olivia Lane salon is the place to be. I’m so happy I finally found a good hair salon.
