Took my $150 application fee after switching apartments telling me I applied to the wrong property. hen asking for another application fee for the other one. Are you kidding me! Regarding the post from lynn have cove. There was no refund offered to me. I did speak with the management and was told to submit another application with another application fee, which I refused. Just send the refund. Please

Seems like no one wants to answer the phone. I’ve been calling for weeks trying to rent from here but can never get a hold of anyone.

I lived here for about year. Truly it wasn’t worth the money and my mental health has improved drastically just by moving out. My tub drain didn’t work well (or at all), my floors were uneven and people actively while I lived there had their floors cave in. The A/C unit is a window unit and it charged me $350 my first month before I was offered budget billing by FPL. The property manager is the worst. She is rude and short with her responses and supplies nothing to the community other than attitude. However, Breianna is attentive, helpful, & I knew if I ever had an issue her and the maintenance team would make it happen. This complex is good for a starter apartment and nothing more. I had roaches come out of my drain while I was taking a shower. They had more than 10 occasions of maintenance on the water where they would turn off my water for nearly the whole day with a single-days warning. Again, my floors were uneven. I could hear everything thru the walls and vise versa. Happy to be gone.

I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case, I feel I needed to. I have had a wonderful experience with this property office team and the maintenance staff. After bad experiences in other places, it was great to discover this place. Great service. Awesome location. Budget friendly prices. And the manager remembered me, my name, my family and treats us like family. The place is always clean and quiet, and I feel safe here. Thank you Andrea and Brianna for helping us feel like family.

If you are looking for apartments in the Panama City/Lynn Haven area, these are a wonderful place to live in. The management team are compassionate, hardworking and genuinely care about the people that live there. You are close to lots of great eateries as well as being in a great school zone. When I needed help with my apartment, the staff were quick and efficient. They have plenty of gatherings to help the community get to know each other and bond. Also, they have held plenty of contests to bring a sort of creative and playful nature to the apartments.I have lived in various places before and this is the first time I have truly felt that my apartment complex cares for me as a person as much as a customer). Again, if you are thinking of moving here, do it! Kind neighbors and wonderful management team.

Just thought you should know that Austin Moulder is one of the nicest people I've ever met.There are a lot of us here that are older and he is so accomodating and courteous. He genuinely cares about the residents here and we can always depend on him. We all know Austin will resolve whatever work needs to be done.All of the staff are exceptional representatives of your corporation. They are professional yet they treat us like family. Truly a joy to live here.

As an 18 year old looking for a place to finally live on my own, I probably went to a dozen apartment complexes and not one took me seriously. Not until I met Brei. She explained everything to me, the whole process to start renting in detail. So far I’ve been living here for about a week and she has been nothing but helpful and kind. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and the moment I let her know I had maintenance crew in that same day and it works wonderfully now. Lynn Haven Cove has been such a great experience and I have even told some of my friends who are also looking for places to live that this should be their first stop!

I've only been living here for around a month, but from what I can tell the apartments and area are well maintained, the staff is friendly, and if you have any issues they fix them.They have lawncare, laundry on site, a workout center, and are centrally located to a lot of restaurants.After I moved in, the faucet in the shower started leaking. Lawrence came out immediately to fix it. He told me what the problem most likely was, and walked me through what he was doing when fixing it.Even though the apartments are old, it is well worth the price for the location and what services are provided.
