Cheryl put us at ease and took the time to walk us through the process and every time we called her no matter what time of day she always returned our call. We had no idea how insurance worked when making claims & repairs but she was very patient and kind helping guide us. I am sure she was dealing with hundreds of people at that time. We just received a call from Cheryl recently our insurance company was dropping us and she called us immediately to let us know.
