I went to the grease pro in Lynn haven today. My oil was changed, fluids topped off. When I was asked if I wanted the technician to check my lights for proper working order. I replied it wouldn’t be necessary. My air filter and in cabin filter were never checked as well as my tire pressure wasn’t checked as well. Very disappointed with the overall service today.
I guess the conversation amongst all the technicians to get slim chickens for lunch was a major distraction and doing a quality job.
FYI this grease pro has done every oil change on my truck and this was by far the absolute worse job they have ever done!!

Carson saved my life today and a our $500 in groceries. I had a flat on hwy 77 and being a regular customer at Grease Pro, I thought maybe they could help. Carson jumped into action and checked my tire for leaks and tightened the valve stem thingy. He never once acted put out or frustrated with my problem and he madey day. I don't know what I would have done if these groceries got hot. Thank you Carson.???♀️

Had an oil change done today in Lynn haven and drove to Southport and truck started leaking oil. Notified Grease Pro and they handle the situation very professionally and quickly and corrected the issue to make it right.

We always have a good experience here. They show us the air filter, transmission fluid, etc so we can make the decisions needed for the vehicles. The crew is pleasant & professional.

Came in for an oil change..when did they stop checking fluids, topping them off, check & fill tires & greasing your vehicle? I was told they were out of grease, but the guy in the next Bay he was getting greased. No discount for not getting all the services! Then I was told that I needed back up bulbs replaced & I didn't!
