I LOVE this place. I went in today after dropping my vape needing to replace the glass. I had a glass that didn’t fit on my tank at the time. The owner was working and I told him what happened and he looked at my vape. He then proceeded to take 15 minutes to find the correct seals that would make the glass that I had fit. He spent that time and GAVE me a bag of seals and charged me NOTHING to help me out and he could have made a sale instead. This is the SECOND TIME he has helped me out in lieu of making a sale - although he doesn’t remember the first time being as it was a couple of years ago, but I remember!!! I wish I knew his name so I could share it with this review but I don’t know it …… which shows me that he just looks out for his customers - even the ones he doesn’t know and that is rare in this day and age!! I will always go to Eight Points and I recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

The shop is super clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. When they didn’t have the coils I needed for my current tank they offered to order them for me. Then he suggested something he had in stock as a supplement. Cool place, cool vibe, and cool owner.

I went in looking for a bottle of stronger liquid, because the place that I was going to seem to not really have anything that would work for me. I spent about 25 to 30 minutes with Kat, and she was amazing! Not only did she answer my questions, she actually made some recommendations and gave me information pertaining to a different line of products, which I ended up going with, and not only did I save more money, but there's way less hassle! I really like the disposable that she set me up with, and I will be glad to go back and hopefully see her again in the future! Awesome ???
