This CVS is the absolute worst. The pharmacy people are incredibly rude. Act like it's the customers fault they can't find refil orders in their que. The floors are filthy. Trash all over. Smells like a dirty arm pit. I called a simple refill in 9 hours ago and it's still it done. They asked me to wait...30 more minutes and they still haven't filled it. If this was a 1 time experience I would bother with a bad review...but it's been every single time for a year

I’ll start first by saying I’m pretty objective. This is not me emphasizing. First I’ll explain in general why this is a poor Pharmacy, and then I’ll detail my latest experience with Mr. Nathan Adams. I wonder if things would have turned out differently if I would’ve let him know that Karen Lynch is my cousin by marriage. Who knows. This has to be the worst CVS I have ever experienced. I was warned when moving here, but I didn’t listen as I’ve always had great experiences in WV with CVS. At Lynn Haven I watch customers being treated poorly every time I go, they’re insulted, turned away, and disrespected. This pharmacy never has anything in stock, and half the time you’ll receive a message saying your prescriptions filled, but when you go there they say it isn’t. I’ve also experienced where my doctors called in my prescription and for days CVS claimed they had nothing, only then for them to find it in the system after I strongly suggest they look into it further days later. Now to today. I arrive back in town from work knowing I had to pick up my doxipin. It’s a sleeping aid I take every night to sleep. I was out, hence the reason I came home today from my trip. I got back kind of late, but I knew they were open until 6 and I just had to run in and pick it up. I even received a text notifying me that today was the last day to pick it up before they put it back on the shelf. Simple right, well I rush over there and go to the counter. The employee who first helped me was nice, although I will say he asked me how to spell Justin (my name). I promise I speak clearly. That was off, but anyways to the matter. He couldn’t find it and asked for help. After 3-4 minutes of him asking around, a lady said from across the room “The Pharmacist put it back already, sorry you’re too late, you’ll have to call us tomorrow for us to fill it again.” I explained that I just received a text from them saying it was filled less than 30 minutes ago, and that I just drove 25 minutes here to pick it up. The pharmacist, Nathan Adams then chimes in and says “Sir I don’t care what you received, it is not filled now, and we’re about to close in 10 minutes. I walked to the side and tried to be calm in explaining that I am out of that prescription and I take it nightly to sleep. I asked nicely if they could partial fill at least some of it as a resolution knowing it may take them 5 minutes to do. His response was both rude and unprofessional and said “well you shouldn’t have come in here 10 minutes to close now should’ve you”. Excuse me, hold up. Maybe you shouldn’t have messaged me 30 minutes ago telling me to come pick it up by close today and then put it back on the shelf. I understand people want to get off work, believe me I do, but at my work if someone comes in before closing we help them. At the very least, even if it’s something I cannot do that day, I’ll find an agreeable solution. This is unbecoming of an establishment that handles human medical care. This man shouldn’t be in charge running a circus, let alone a pharmacy. Needless to say, I’ll go without my prescription tonight, not get any sleep, and will love all of my prescriptions and purchases to a different pharmacy. If it wasn’t for my cousin, I’d move all my prescriptions to an alternate company, but I’d like to say it’s not CVS itself, it’s just this one poorly ran CVS that needs some restructuring. Avoid this CVS in Lynn Haven, and move all of your needs to the 23rd st location. Sincerely - Sleepless Justin

The pharmacists and techs at this location are the best! It doesn’t matter what time of day I have went to fill my scripts, they are thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
Having just moved back from a different area of the country… who did NOT provide this most simple courtesy -
Thank you!

This is for the Pharmacy, only ever since the new pharmacy manager nothing is in stock. Nothing is ordered, it is total Chaos. I know there's issues with supply and demand however
I shouldn't have to go to a different CVS pharmacy to get what I need that the doctor has prescribed. If other CVS Pharmacies can get it, then. This pharmacy should be able to get the same thing without any issues.

Arrived at 1:24 pm to pickup on a Monday, pharmacy was closed. Sign says they will be closed 1:30 to 2 daily. Understandable for lunch. That doesn’t mean close the doors 5 minutes early every day. I’ll be using Walgreens across the road from now on. Y’all have never really been good at your job and this solidified my switch. Never again will I return.

This review is for the Pharmacy. Son has a double ear infection and needs antibiotics. Went to the pharmacy and asked if there was any chance they could have it done before they close. The pharmacist says “days of getting prescriptions the same day is long over”. There must of been 8 people standing around talking instead of working. Called CVS on E Fifth St and they had the script done in 10 mins. Do better!

I came to the Lynn Haven location THREE times in 1 day to pick up antibiotics. Everyone was rude, and when I came back each time they told me it wasn’t ready yet, even though I came AFTER the time they gave me. Worst pharmacy experience ever!

The absolute worst service I have ever received at a pharmacy! This will be my THIRD trip which happens to be a 45 minute drive from my house to get the correct Lancets for my Blood Sugar machine! He doesn't know what he is doing obviously. Sad.

The store manager and her staff are always so helpful and positive every time I come in! I prefer going to this CVS the most and there are quite a few to choose from in my area. I didn't want their hard work and efforts to go unnoticed.

There's always a problem here. Overcharging, wait time, attitude, miscommunication, etc. I've never had an easy time here. Not one. The only reason my prescriptions are here is because winn dixie (for some reason) sent it to cvs when they closed.
