Good place to keep your stuff and good prices just wish they would have a dumpster or trash can customers can use also to finish fixing the fence around the property

I would have rated five stars if they had at least one single hand truck, dolley or cart on that property that must have about a billion storage lockers they rent out for not cheap...or perhaps if the front office woman acted concerned or helpful rather than inconvenienced with me answering my dolley question with "nope, not a single one. We used to have them but they've all disappeared and we are not buying any more"...... Really professional as well as hospitable lady... Thanks but I believe if I'm paying 100+ a month for a small 5x10 storage unit, they should (at all costs to keep their customers happy and returning) provide some type of wheeled carts to use for heavier loads

Storage units are fine just like any other climate control but no carts to help move and I chose an upstairs unit due to it being about $20 cheaper a month and then they raised the prices about a year later for the same price as the downstairs. I am still pretty upset about it because it's a HUGE inconvenience to be upstairs and having to use elevator etc. they didn't raise the downstairs that I k ow of because they were the same price when I called for prices after the hike

I had used Chavers for about five years. They're friendly and for the most part helpful. However at Chavers 2 the elevator doesn't quite work well. If you rent from the second floor which is cheaper. You cannot hold the elevator to load or unload your stuff on or off or it will malfunction.
