I have been going to Blossom Nails since they opened many many years ago. I have never been disappointed and I have used every nail technician that works in there. They are very sweet and eager to please. It does get busy so you can't just walk in -you must make an appointment, I am so grateful to have found my forever nail place.

This review was written months before. But, it has NOT been posted. I had been a customer for 6 months or more. I had an app. at 2;00 PM. They did not have me on the schedule, but, they tried to work me in. they started with my pedi, and the manager( who is my tech. ) tried to perform a mani and gel dip . Not successful ! One nail, then she went over to the other customer, then came back to me. She divided herself between two of us and gave neither of us adequate attention. I will NEVER go back there. All they had to do, wasallow me to make another appt. rather than be treated as the ugly duckling.

I scheduled my second appointment at Blossom Nails on July 5, 2023 with Linda. When I arrived Linda wasn’t there and there were two young girls there. I had scheduled a fill for my nails. I have long acrylic nails that I have worn for many years, which I had told them when I scheduled. The girl that they put me with was obviously not very experienced . I told her what I wanted and that I wanted all my nails to be the same length, both sides to be even, and to have them trimmed down some. As she was filing them she wasn’t doing what I asked her to do. I asked her to fix them and she did. The fill took 90 minutes and I paid and tipped her 20% even with the issues. Then I scheduled a pedicure for 7/8/2024 with someone more experienced. The next morning I received a message from the other young girl telling me that they were canceling me appointment because I caused her anxiety because I made her do my nails correctly. I called and asked to speak to the owner and was told she was out of town.This is not a good place to go if you can’t request that your nails be done the way you want them.Buyer beware!Services: Nail painting

Walked into this establishment at 5:30 PM. They were packing up and leaving. They informed me they closed at 6 PM but decided to leave at 5:30 PM today since it’s Friday. Very disappointed and unprofessional!

Never again. I'm new to the area and this place was recommended to me. They made me feel like I was such an inconvenience because I didn't make an appointment. I told them I'd be happy to wait if they had other people. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and seemed to do a good job. Polish lasted a week before chipping off though. My nails though? Glue was everywhere and painful to tear from my skin under the nail. She never got the extra acrylic from under the nail so I had multiple bubbles of acrylic under them. The sides of each nail was sloppy. One nail had a divot where I guess she filed too much? Then they laughed awkwardly as they reminded me to make an appointment next time because they had to hurry me this time. At no point would I have wanted them to fix anything. I just took it as a lesson and chose to never return.Services: Acrylic nails

Will not recommend. I simply went here to get my nails removed, called made and appointment. Showed up and they didn't have anyone available, which was fine, when I sat down, they had me come over and sit at a table. The lady let me know that she didn't work there but was helping her friend out. Bad idea. She didn't know what she was doing and screwed my nails up so bad. She used the sanding looking tool to remove my acrylics. The end result with my nail so worn down in parts it was soft(nails aren't soft but when you wear the nail it is) so I had skin showing in parts of my nails. I kept pulling back and saying it hurt and she would apologize. But still. I had to go into the doctors to make sure everything was ok and there was no infection. They gave me a prescription just in case. Finally after a month and a half my nails are back to normal. But I will never return.
