Badcock Home Furniture and More left much to be desired during my recent visit. The selection was disappointingly limited, with most items feeling outdated and lacking modern appeal. Furthermore, the prices were surprisingly high, making it hard to justify any purchase. If you’re looking for contemporary furniture that offers good value, I recommend saving your money and time by shopping elsewhere.

The furniture has now left scratches in my flooring. Leave a customer service number to call when they get a bad review yet they don't care, don't listen, and do not stand by their products! This is worst furniture you could buy. Do NOT waste your money

I have been having a lot a issues with my product from here I bought a bedroom set and a washer upon arrival that was to be from 5pm the latest they got here to 8 after sitting and waiting on them only to find out they brought the wrong washing machine, I had to pay an addition 27 for another washing for something that’s not my mistakes only to say it will be delivered a week out, I agreed and waited only for the day of delivery I sat and wait after the driver told me he was 15 mins out, I said and wait after seeing an hour pass I called him only for him to tell me he called me and I didn’t answer, when he did not call me as I’m home and waiting on him. So now I have to wait for another call to know when the next delivery will be. I am so disappointed with the back and forth and me paying more for an issue that isn’t my problem on top of it the drivers are being rude to me. I just wanna refund everything at this point!!!

Went there today to pay my payment,two of the ladies said they couldn't help me,they were in a meeting,(sitting in one of the couches there,I might add,)they were like get Shirley to help you,Shirley did help me,she's the only one there I'll do business with
