I gave a 60-day notice to move out and when I went to go move out he said that I owed them another month because I was supposed to do it every 30 days. Then he sent me to collections for $277. I would not suggest using this storage. The person that works there, a gentleman is the rudest person and absolutely uncaring. There was absolutely no reason to do this to me.. I was there 2 years and paid almost 200 per month. Greedy and rude!Crystal Luntsford

They have expanded their storage units and offer overhead roll up doors for easy access. Great service. Able to access my unit all times of the day. Thanks for offering so much.

I came into this location to ask about renting a storage unit. Loretta was very helpful. She showed me 3 different units to help me decide what I would need. She advised me to reserve the 5 by 10 I would need at the end of the month. Very helpful and friendly lady.

I have rented here for my business for a long time. However things changed drastically since it was sold to Midgard. My rent has increased 2 times in the last 10 month an incredible 70%, Staffing has been cut - this location is not staffed everyday like before. I needed an extra space over the weekend, guess what not staffed anymore, couldn't find anyone. Not sure paying a lot more for a lot less is what I am looking for... Really not happy!! I hate moving, but I can't afford another price hike.

I am local and was renting at Extra Space storage close to the Krates but they kept raising rates every month. Praying the same doesn’t happen with Mid Guard. The process was smooth and the staff are kind and helpful.

I put my 30-day notice to vacate the unit 8 days into the month of August. And they told me since I did it but the notice in on the first of the month I have to pay all of September. The unit will be completely empty well before the end of August. I understand paying a prorate for the 8 days into September that correlate with the 30-day notice. But they are going to charge me for 22 days of September that I will be completely vacant from the unit. They put this very slyly into your terms of agreement. But don't actually advertise that. That's how it works. So since they won't tell you up front, I hope you read this review and see that if you do not put that 30-day notice on the first, they will rip you off and charge you for an entire month you are not there. Even though they could easily fill a storage unit the day after you leave.

We have used them for several years. The facility is clean and well kept up. Susanne has been very helpful to our family in many ways. She is very knowledgeable and if she is unable to answer a question she finds out very quickly. Always has a smile in her voice and on her face!!

When I visited, I was the only person is the lobby and one employee was assisting someone via phone. I was not acknowledged, not even with a smile. After waiting for 20 mins I headed for the door. Only then is the employee say, ma'am I am almost done and will be with you. I told her no thank you and left.
