I have a few concerns about my experience with this storage facility. Moving in was straightforward, and I appreciated that they were open until 10 PM, even though their website advertised 12-hour service. However, after renting for four months, I missed a payment and was not notified about it being late until eight days after the due date. I called on three different days to pay the late fees, but I later discovered they had changed their hours without notice. They now close at 6 PM instead of 10 PM, which is a major inconvenience for me since I work until 6. On top of that, I only had 48 hours to replace the locks they put on my unit due to the late payment. To make matters worse, they don’t return calls—you’ll have to call them three or four different times just to get a response. The lack of communication and unexpected changes have been incredibly frustrating.

I recently had a billing issue and after a few phone calls a member of their management team named Samantha reached out to me and was able to resolve my issue. She saved me BIG TIME today and I am extremely appreciative of her service. Thank you so much, I am a very happy customer today!

I agree with the others; they’re speaking the truth. The first month is half off, but then within two months, the price almost doubles. I’m not sure how businesses like this keep getting away with practices like that. Looking for another place for my belongings.

It was a little mixup at first with the phone reservation, but once I arrived at Midgard. with the help of Morgan and Jerry everything went VERY smoothe. The set up and access made my storage move EXCELLENT! So if you have any issues before you get there, they make everything RIGHT once you arrive.? I am very satisfied and I highly recommend Midgard Storage facility. ?

Be very careful here, they offer you a month free and a regular monthly charge. Then, after two months they will increase the monthly by almost double so be VERYYYYY CAREFUL!!! Not recommended

WARNING BEWARE! Predatory borderline illegal business practices. I went there moved everything and got a unit for $30 a month. Within 2 months I get an email saying they are increasing rent to $95. That is over a 300% increase in rent within a month! They know it is incredibly inconvenient to move stuff in and out so they will lie to you on a fake rate and triple it within months! BEWARE!

I gave a 60-day notice to move out and when I went to go move out he said that I owed them another month because I was supposed to do it every 30 days. Then he sent me to collections for $277. I would not suggest using this storage. The person that works there, a gentleman is the rudest person and absolutely uncaring. There was absolutely no reason to do this to me.. I was there 2 years and paid almost 200 per month. Greedy and rude!Crystal Luntsford

They have expanded their storage units and offer overhead roll up doors for easy access. Great service. Able to access my unit all times of the day. Thanks for offering so much.

I came into this location to ask about renting a storage unit. Loretta was very helpful. She showed me 3 different units to help me decide what I would need. She advised me to reserve the 5 by 10 I would need at the end of the month. Very helpful and friendly lady.
