This Walgreens has many friendly associates and the Pharmacy Staff are always easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions you may have. It’s a good size store (but not the largest so it is still easy to get to each department and you don’t have to walk too much.) and they have a pretty good variety of items to choose from. They keep the shelves full, and the store clean and neat. It’s my favorite Walgreens!

Terrible customer service. Refused to honor their own pharmacy coupon since they had stapled the barcode ruining it. Tried to do a bait and switch to a lower value coupon. do not waste your time with this store.

Over the last few months I have noticed a big improvement at the Lutz Walgreens Liquor Store. Great selection. Very friendly store manager and knowledgable. My go to stop now for spirits.

The individuals that were on staff during my visit tonight were THE WORST! There was a manager and 2 associates all at one register speaking about taking breaks and stuff. No one acknowledged me at all. I followed the girl to her register to check out, put my items on the counter, and she still never greeted me. The entire transaction was completed without anyone in the entire store uttering one word to me.
I RARELY go to Walgreens unless for emergency reasons and now I will NEVER go to Walgreens again…..at least not this location.

Allison is the best person ever, but especially at this Walgreens. She is the reason I go there so much. She makes you feel like family by remembering your name and your birthday!!!! If I could give 10 stars for just her I definitely would! Every time I see her she brightens my entire day! You don’t find people like her in stores anymore. Thank you for always making me feel special!

I truely dred going to pick up my scripts there it seems that over the last couple months they went from fast and friendly to im guessing new people because they don't seem to know much for example I handed them 2 scripts to fill the lid at the counter told me it would be atleast 2 hours even though I told him I was waiting in the store for it so about 45 minutes later I went to check the status and somebody different was at the register and he checked the system and confirmed that my script could be filled if I had my doctor called it in or if I had the scripts to give them to fill after 15 minutes of going threw it with this gentleman trying to tell him I already turned it in I'm now in the process of waiting for it I don't know if he refused to hear me or just didn't care but after 15 minutes of him telling me I never turned in any scripts I did get a little loud and finally the pharmacist stepped in and explained to the gentleman that it's being filled and she did make my 2 hour wait down to almost an hour while I waited in the store and basically they act like there to busy and the customers are abother atleast over the last few months

Why do y'all keep moving the vodka around the store. One week it's on the left side of the left isle and the next week it's in the right side of the rights isle. Is this done I order to make us look around the store in hopes we make an impulse buy?

Couldn’t get my deposit through, gave me a snarky attitude when I asked to try again, and then just rudely said “WE JUST DO WHAT THE MACHINE TELLS US!” Older loud lady with a bad attitude. Will not be coming back here again, they don’t care about the customer.
