Last straw....first the Pharmacy started closing at lunch time. As of today the Pharmacy is now closed all day on Sundays. Went to pick up my meds that I’ve been waiting for 4 days to be filled and pharmacy is closed!! I mean isn't that Walgreens primary function - dispensing prescriptions? Plus now it often takes 2-3 days to get a script filled, so if you’re coming from your doctor with a medicine you need to start taking immediately, you’re out of luck. For my last two meds I had to go to another Walgreens because this location didn’t have them. And on top of it, the best pharmacist, Sarah, left.This location used to be the best, but now is the worst. The shelves are often half-empty. BOGO items- forget it! Items they used to carry they no longer have. For me personally, they no longer carry my ear drops, nasal spray, acne lotion, probiotics and hair color just to name a few. They also have more walgreens brands and stopped carrying brand names for many items.This used to be my go-to store. Lately it’s been an exercise in frustration – go in for ten items, luckily if I come out with four. Definitely going somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled. And since I’m there will most likely get the other items I used to buy at this store.Basically, no customer service – no customers.

Went there for a provided service; they had multiple people at check out and was told they were too busy to provide the service even though we waited like everyone else. Was told to come back when it was convenient to them.

This location used to be the best. Unfortunately the customer service has deteriorated. The best pharmacist Sarah left. Supplies on the shelves are always lacking supplies. Takes longer to fill prescriptions. 2 days for a dimple nasal spray.

Don't bother making an appointment for your flu shot at this Walgreens. My husband and I scheduled our appointment for noon today, Wednesday. We arrived at 11:49am and didn't get our shot until 12:40pm. We were the only ones waiting to get our shot and there was no line for people getting prescriptions filled the entire time we waited. We will never use this Walgreens again. Obviously scheduled appointments are not a priority. Go to Publix. They get you in and out in about 15 minutes.

Have been going here for years, but the last year I’ve more often than not I’ve had issues here. The pharmacist is great, but the techs at this location are not the most helpful. Problems seem to come up every time I’m there to refill a prescription.

A couple of times in the past year I have needed to fill prescriptions out of insurance network at this Walgreens location. Their pharmacy employees are truly AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE PEOPLE. They are helpful, caring, fast but still make the experience personal and doesn’t feel rushed like you’re just another number. They strive to make the experience positive and went above and beyond to save me money by searching for the best price and finding a coupon for me to use. When I needed a COVID test to travel last spring they were also very efficient with the process and posted results swiftly. I frequently print pictures at this location and appreciate how they combined the photo counter with the checkout counter so that there is always someone available to grab the order. I highly recommend this location for all your needs.
