Employees are hoarding pokemon items so don’t bother trying. Went in yesterday when store said it had in stock got there and was told they just got here so will be out tomorrow. Then I proceeded to order some for pickup and my order was canceled after some time saying they were now out of stock???? I then went back in morning and was told sold out!

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. They called me a day early to confirm I was picking up my medication the following day, which I confirmed I would be there. When I get there, the medication is not ready and then made me an hour late for work. This medication has to be taken at a certain time and they do not seem to care and told me that they had put it back because I didn’t pick it up yesterday even though I confirmed I was coming today to pick it up. Meanwhile I see pharm techs not even doing anything!!

Visiting from another state and for whatever it’s worth please note I almost never leave poor reviews I think I only ever left two over my years of reviewing. I had the worst experience transferring scripts one of which I was out of completely for what ended up bieng two days. Day one I called and was told to have my pharmacy send them this was done not once but three times total as well as two direct verification phone calls from my
pharmacy to this Walgreens over two days. After picking up the first two and having the pharmacist verify my last prescription via phone call in front of me I was told ok it will be filled by close tonight or early tomorrow morning. When I called that next morning it still was not filled and now I spoke to the most condescending woman ever. This worker who might be a pharmacist there stated to me during our conversation in which she cut me off several times at one point saying “uh huh” then had the audacity at one point to say “are you sure your calling the right Walgreens? Your pharmacy didn’t send them somewhere else? To which I responded “no I just picked up the other two at your pharmacy last night” she then stated “I am looking at that but we don’t have it” so she was looking at my scripts I had picked up the night prior at that pharmacy but literally just said are you sure your calling the right pharmacy!! If that doesn’t say it all I could go on but I will end with this avoid this pharmacy at all cost she later tried to tell me well our systems are shutting down so now that we have it “after several attempts mind you” we can’t fill it until probably 4. The condescending comments and attitude were disgraceful from this woman. The young man who was at the window both days I went was a gentlemen. I hope he continues his career at a different pharmacy some day because he went above and beyond trying to help and is clearly an exemplary employee.

Excellent Walgreens. Clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I just have to laugh. I think her name is Marilyn? You should definitely quit girl. They cared more about talking bad about you than they did doing their own job. I do think it's very funny to talk badly about your employees/coworkers while not even doing a spectacular job yourself.

The store is clean and customer service is phenomenal. Every time I go, they greet me and are friendly. I love that the employees are always willing to assist.

Worse place to get your prescription. They never have the prescription meds doctor prescribed you and have to wait an entire day to fill in the prescription you need.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins, the person in front of me was having issues. Sometimes that happens I get it but tell them to go inside. Once you are there you can not get out. Not everyone can hang out in the drive thru.

I want to share these stars that I give because I really liked the attention that Miss Gladys gives to the customer, she is so kind and her way of helping me with the articles is very nice, I hope she continues like this always
