Pharmacy review: (Address: 3890 Van Dyke Rd, Lutz, FL 33548)Kayla has poor listening skills. Every single time makes you repeat your name 2-3 times & date of birth 2-3 times. After that asks for spelling of your name. Kayla pretends to be calm in other words, she is not genuine, and takes her time at the window very slow. This has happened each time so that is why we've finally just decided to review her. Kayla needs training in listening.

I have never had a problem here. They have always been nice to me. If I've ever had to wait it was in the drive thru with cars in front of me, normal wait times.

This pharmacy's service and quality feels actively malicious in their incompetence. Literally the only reason I continue to go here is because my insurance necessitates it.

The location is excellent but they are surely understaffed. 20 min wait in drive dru to get an attendant to help wit my prescription. And it is not the first time, it is like this all the time.

horrible customer service!! called to see if my script was done 3 times for a total of 1 hour 20 min on hold, was told my ins won't cover so I go in to present my good RX card & was told it would be 20 min or so to adjust my bill, I leave, go eat & come back over an hour later & now they say since my doc was a tele doc based out of another city that they will need to have a call back from the doc to confirm meds. I spend another hour playing phone tag with the doc & then when I return for my script they are suddenly out & won't have any till March 2023 So I got jerked around for an entire day, made 3 trips to walgreens all for a med they HAD to know as they were lying to me & sending me on wild goose chases that they were out of. I will NEVER enter that or any other walgreens again!! Walmart pharmacy has amazing customer service, no lies no BS you just walk in & pick up your script! The 1 star is just so I could post!

Pharmacist and staff were more interested is chatting than helping customers. Was on the drive thru line...4 cars behind me. No one that I could see waiting for service at the counter inside. Four employees and the pharmacist standing around laughing and talking while I, and everyone behind me, waited for 17 minutes!! People behind me started honking! Ridiculous.

Terribly slow service on phone and car line. No courtesy at all, just hangs up on you mid conversation. You're treated with more care in a fast food drivethrough than when you need your meds asap.

Messed up my prescription 4 months in a row. One time I even had to drive to Dade City to pick up a prescription. No one on staff communicates or seems to have a clue of what’s happening. Very slow, and never seem to get anything right.

McDonald's has a faster, friendlier and more efficient drive-through. I'll be going to Sam's Club pharmacy from now on.

One star because I had to give one to make a review. This pharmacy is a joke. They advise no appointments necessary to get the shingles vaccine but when you get there they are taking appointments only. Pharmacist me if this. This was for the shingles vaccine which they hounded me about via phone all week and hung up me when trying to make an appointment. So I make an appointment for one hour later. Showed up 20 minutes early waited on the designated line. Finally made it to front of line showed my confirmation number (which by the way was made specifically for the shingles) and was advised that they do not have the vaccine in stock. Asked when they discovered this and was advised a few hours ago. So I advised of the above and pharmacist smiled and said well we don't have any. Funny how a call to all the surrounding Walgreens has the vaccine in stock. This place has become a joke of a pharmacy. If they don't want to participate in giving vaccines at least have the courtesy to remove their location from scheduling and advise the public of same. I was not alone they also did this to an elderly person in line behind me that wanted a COVID-19 shot and was denied for no appointment as well. There was no wait line now I know why. This pharmacy absolutely SUCKS!!!!

This pharmacy sucks. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because I work in the medical field so I know how hectic it can be but I’ve never seen such a facility so unorganized \u0026 unprofessional. No one seems to know what they’re doing at this store.. Looks like this Walgreens pharmacy needs better trained staff who have better customer service manners. If you hate your job, quit don't take it out on the customers. Also writing this review while I’m on hold for 40 minutes and i’ve already been hung up once.

Very slow and would get a text to say prescription was ready, got to the store and it’s not ready only to leave and receive another text that it is NOW ready! I’m addition to that, techs mixing up prescriptions when both were the same prescription but for two different people and they read it as two of the same prescriptions for the same person. Just a mess.

It takes at least 15 mins per car to go through the drive through. I had 3 cars in front of me and it took 45 mins to just get to the window then another 10 mins of wait to get my meds mixed... there were 4 people inside. How can they be so slow???

I dropped off a script for my son on Friday to be filled, the person said that it'll be ready in a few hours. I went to pick up the medication on Saturday, Victoria,Very RUDE told me it was ordered and should be there by Monday!! I tried to explain that we were traveling out of state in a few hours and was NEVER notified about this delay. She told me to get out of the drive through and walk in the store so they can call somewhere else, I told her I can not go into the store, as She abruptly walked away from the window. The so called Pharmacy supervisor Kim, who was even more rude didn't let me talk, kept cutting me off and refused to listen to me!! This was their mistake not mine and then to get treated like crap. She said I was notified about this delay,which was a huge lie, I told her that It's important to have this medication Today as promised, and I was Never notified. She rudely cut me off and said "oh maybe there was a Glitch in the system"!!!! Right, terrible pharmacy, terrible service! I will never use them again and I Don't recommend using them! Just look at their ratings!!

When I went in today it wasn't super busy So that's not my issue. I asked for a specific type of insulin needle and when I told the cashier at the pharmacy they don't look like the ones I use she said those are it. After I got home and looked at them outside the package they were the wrong ones.. I called the pharmacy and talked to I'm assuming the cashier and was told once they leave the pharmacy they can't take him back. That's fine with my insurance I can go to any pharmacy any pharmacy so they lost it's us a lot of business over 6 bucks which was theie fault in the 1st place. I'm choosing to go somewhere else which is my right. Also I'm not choosing to go on all the social media platforms and express my displeasure at their sad excuse for a pharmacy. Just remember if they can't get insulin needles right how can anyone expect them to get medicines right. Continue to use this pharmacy at your own peril.
