Holly was so helpful when we came in with my son to transfer his service over to his own line since he’s leaving for active military duty to South Korea. She was so informative so on point so fast anything and everything in a customer service rep is Holly. Even when I return to the store for additional questions because he’s overseas, she is just always waiting with a smile and helpful. She is a great employee asset to Verizon and a management point of view the epitome of Customer Service.
