Jeff and Dusty at Verizon Cypress Creek are the reason we stay with Verizon. Took a difficult situation and turned it into a positive situation for us. Second time we dealt with Briond and it was just as enjoyable as the first. What a pleasure! Had a lovely experience with Briond today. Such a pleasure and truly listened to what we wanted. Not a hard sell, which was a very nice surprise. Took time to explain everything and was just wonderful! Ask for him!
