I’ve been coming to VE for a few years now. The team, and owner have always been very upfront, honest, and efficient with their work. I’ve always felt pricing is fair for the quality work done on any vehicle I’ve ever brought in.

I had some issues with my BMW. Mr Al is a honest man and is not trying to break the bank when he services your vehicle. Most people will tell you that BMW stands for Bring My Wallet. But not in Mr. Al's case. And in case you're wondering I call him Mr. Al because you don't find many people in the automobile repair service that thinks about people not profits. I can say without a benefit of a doubt that Mr. Al thinks more of people. That's why if you have a foreign car and want quality repairs for a reasonable price---take you car to VE Motors, Inc. I am not one to give endorsements but I feel that VE Motors, Inc. warrants it.

The best auto shop I’ve been to. The owner doesn’t give you a list of extra unnecessary repairs when you bring your vehicle in for a simple oil change like other auto shops. He will let you know what needs to be repaired and what you can hold off on. This is now my go to auto shop. If you’re sick of dealing with other auto shops playing games with you and charging you and arm and leg, come to VE motors you won’t be disappointed! I guarantee it!

Dropped off our old 1999 Jeep Cherokee to see if it's salvageable. Would like to fix it up for the grandson, but it's getting harder to find parts for it. We'll see. $4800 later it runs. Took in out 2001 Dodge pickup. It bucks like a bronco. No call to tell us what's wrong with it and to get approval to fix it. They just fixed it! $70 for a sensor and $280 to install it! Be real crystal clear when you drop your vehicle off how they are to proceed. So far, it appears the sensor fixed the problem.

Quality work- Fair pricing
I live in Valrico and while in the Lutz area on business a couple weeks ago, a freak mechanical failure made my vehicle unsafe to drive. I stopped at VE Motors as they were the closest mechanic shop to me. They quoted me a fair price for the parts and labor required. And when the installation caused another part to break( as often happens with older vehicles), they resolved the problem and honored the original quote.

This shop was the only one that agreed to fix my Jeep. They are very capable and professional mechanics. The man who helped me was very sincere and spoke to me with a lot of knowledge.

This is a local shop that has capable mechanics, able to get you in a week or less , honest, Honest , Honest, Honest, did I say Honest, and affordable. Family owned husband and wife team , staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. I normally wait , since we have one car in the family. The mechanic gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was fixed. I only live a mile away , but still I appreciated it. Any work that isn’t under warranty gets done here. They have fixed AC, Brakes, electric fans, windshield wipers, water pump and timing belt, oil changes, tune ups , tire rotation, what ever I need they have been able to do it. When the mechanic gave me a ride home we talked and he was also an aviation mechanic who worked for a international aircraft company so this are qualified mechanics . The prices are drastic compared to a dealer vs VE Motors, which is so much more affordable , and they don’t Nickel and dime you. They tell you what you need and when it needs to be done. The waiting room is near and clean , they have a bathroom and a tv, owner has a big bowl of candy too. I am surrounded by dealers and franchises shops and I refuse to use them. VE motors in Lutz , Florida 33559 is my go to shop.I like to support small local businesses, and VE motors is Family owned business local businesses.Services: Carburetor cleaning

I would recommend this business. They were willing to take in my vehicle with a challenging issue that a dealership was going to charge exorbitantly. They took their time, gave me updates and serviced my vehicle.

My first oil change experience with the owner was very difficult, I chalked it up to a language barrier. He did ok work the first time. The second visit he over charged me by $100 for a basic $70 oil change , he was again extremally confrontational and very rude to me AGAIN! There is something wrong with the owner, he is angry, emotional and abusive to his customers. Stay Away

Unlike the most recent review posted, I had the most pleasant experience! I never write reviews, but I felt inclined to write some good words for this honest, reputable and hardworking auto shop! I brought my BMW X1 in for an oil change and to figure out what noise was coming from my car. Al, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and friendly and explained the whole process to me before starting the job. It’s rare to find patience in businesses these days, so I’m very grateful to have found this place! I was also pleased to find out that this auto shop has a specialty in working in European cars, so I just knew my car was in good hands. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a good mechanic. Thank you VE Motors!Also to Raymond- shame on you for writing such a hateful post on this business. They even profusely apologize and you continue badgering the owner for a reason that had nothing to do with your original post. Very distasteful and shows a lot about you. I rarely post reviews but felt the need to post on this company. I own a Mercedes and any time I need to have work done it is overpriced and time consuming. After being recommended to V W Moters, I had my car towed to this company because it wouldn't start. The owner quickly troubleshooted and fixed my car within the same day. I required 2 new batteries and when I picked it up later that day, it started back up with no issues. The prices were also fair and reasonable compared to what a Mercedes dealership would have charged me. Fast forward a few weeks and I noticed my brakes were going bad and called last minute on a Friday for an estimate. Although closing within the hour he asked me to bring the car by for an accurate estimate. Turns out my brakes were so bad that they were metal on metal and he didn't feel comfortable with me driving off with my car in this condition. Since I have no other form of transportation I was offered a vehicle to drive if he could not get the parts in and car fixed by the following day when they close at noon so that I could get to work on Monday. Very grateful for this kind gesture but I declined since I live close by. My car was ready by 10 am the next day and again, the price was fair and much cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone there is super nice and professional. The prices are fair. The work is reliable. I will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future for any car related issues as well as referring my friends who are looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
