This review is generally for the mailbox service. As to its other functions, this store does about as well as any package delivery store. UPS advertises their mailbox service as "a street address". Not true, state and federal agencies won't accept a commercial mail receiving agency address; nor will many banks. Worse, when you are done with the thing, neither the postal service nor UPS will forward your mail with a change of address form. UPS has no employees at either the stores or the corporate level that can provide any support (absolutely no support). When you are a soon-to-be former customer, they make it clear that they don't care. This lack of support was received at both the Lutz, FL store and the corporate level.Bottom line: don't use the UPS mailbox service, because if anything goes wrong you will receive no support, you cannot perform change of address forwarding, the street address thing is misleading, and a PO box works just as well. It is also cheaper, and can handle change of address funtions. And to headoff the inevitable "UPS can forward mail" response, yes they can if you want to pay for the next year. The postal service does it for a year for free.

I don't know WHY the reviews for this location are low! I had a great customer experience.Stopped in to send a fax to government agency; I was greeted by BOTH the associate on duty and the Manager in a very friendly manner. I was given a fax sheet as both were assisting other customers. When completed, my fax was submitted & I was given a confirmation sheet that the associate felt was "a little light" on the ink and he asked immediately if I needed it reprinted. In my humble opinion, that is great customer service. The store was spotless; stocked with pens, stapler, tape, eyccc. Card selection was plentiful... what else does the customer need?I highly recommend this location for all UPS shipping and any office needs.

I had a package that I needed to be shipped so of course, I went to my local UPS store. I packed the item, IT was a BC for scuba diving. Designed to withstand high pressure, and provide life-saving resources at 100 feet or more underwater. It fit securely in the box, it did not slide around, and had plenty of padding from the material, I did not wrap it with paper and was not asked at the store if I did. The package was insured and shipped. The shipping was over $45. When the package arrived at its location it was completely crushed. Somehow something so heavy was set on my box for long enough to crush the plastic piece ( industrial strength) on the BC. I immediately filed a claim with UPS, and they picked up my item. They did not contact me with the results of the claim, I had to track it down. I was told that they denied my claim saying that the package should have had packing material in it so they would not cover the damage at all. Although I was not told when I shipped the package that my claim would not be valid without packing paper material. Keep in mind this item is not fragile and should have been just fine if handled properly. The argument is that the paper would not have saved the BC given the way the package was mishandled by UPS. I also have not had my item returned to me. So I am out an expensive piece of equipment that I entrusted UPS to deliver without harm, and no compensation for the negligence on their part. I am quite frankly shocked at the lack of customer service especially given the fact I shipped with UPS. The leading shipping company! I have tried to get a hold of someone at the corprorate office to discuss this issue without any help. This is an abuse of power and completely inappropriate. I was told the owners of this store knew about this shipping issue and they did not care. I will not be shipping from this location again, and I would highly advise that you not either. Especially if you value the item you are shipping!

Donna is a drunk customer who is never happy. I’ve been in the store Sending a fax when she was there. Completely rude to the store clerk all because he wanted a 2nd opinion.

Bad customer service, the young man who was work over there like we owned him money, everything you asked he will say ask my manager but he is not here ! How can you not know a simple question if you are a Store Clark? Will never go back. And whoever is the owner I feel bad for you! Understand the employees shortage but, that man shouldn’t be hired

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Male clerk acted like I was inconveniencing him. Unless you prefer rude and hostile customer service you should probably avoid this place.

One of the rudest clerks I have ever encountered. No mask over face, the place smelled like I interrupted his lunch. Maybe that is why he treated me so nasty? Copy and paste to UPS Franchise Office!
