Great customer service!! The manager at this location Brenda is supper helpful. People who give them bad reviews are upset that they don’t know how to read instructions and have to pay for their mistakes. Lovely team I rather come to this location than to other locations with terrible customer service.

Came to return a thing from Amazon (no box-no label needed) and the lady there, rude, told me they couldn’t take it cuz I had to put it in a different box other than the one Amazon delivered to me!
Don’t come to this store and waste your time. I’ll aware my family too cuz what a dumb customer service

This UPS store seriously feels like it’s in its own little universe. Just bizarre. I walked into a completely empty store with a prepaid Amazon return (label clearly on the box, super obvious) and told the girl working (Chloe) that it was a return. She grabs the box, sees the label, and then proceeds to ask me a full questionnaire: What’s my name? Who’s it going to? What’s my address? What’s inside? How fast do I want it shipped? She could clearly input all that information into the system herself since my box was right in front of her but I didn’t have an issue with it. I wasn’t sure if it was a new part of their policy anyways. She then asked me how fast I wanted it shipped. I told her it was a return and the box was already labeled so it was already prepaid (clearly). She then mumbles under her breath with an attitude, “Well, I wish you would’ve said it was an Amazon return.” I DID. Out loud. At the beginning. Also, your eyes work, Chloe. The label was right there.
To make things weirder, I came here like a month ago with another Amazon return (some clothes in a regular shipping box) and whoever was working told me (in front of a whole line of people) that I should’ve used a moving box instead. A moving box?? What is this, U-Haul? It was just a return, not a couch.
Not sure what the deal is with this location and who they’re hiring but whenever I go I feel like I’m at the DMV lol. Proceed with caution.

I hate showing up to the shipping store without all of my stuff together, but I was in the area and I had the stuff I need to ship with me. Chloe was super helpful and very patient, as I fumbled through my phone and located addresses and other things I needed to ship my various orders. It was a relief to get it all done at once, and Chloe helped me keep it all straight. Excellent service!
