Lack of customer service and the inability to find my package. A package that contains vital medicines that I need to live. It was supposed to be delivered today but was told it wasn’t and they weren’t sure where it is or even when it will be delivered. She did confirm that they have my package but they don’t know where. I’m glad my Dr has trusted my health to UPS…FML.

Brought Amazon return here and apparently it needed a label to be printed. They charge $2.90 to print a label. I’m sure they take a nice cut from Amazon and then to charge that much per page is exorbitant.
