5:43pm EST on 6/6/25 this unnamed manager couldn’t care less my shoes arrived damaged and I needed to return them. He was extremely rude as were the other employees. They didn’t care there was an issues. They would not provide their manager’s name. It was embarrassing for the brand as us customer deserve better. As a longstanding customer, I’ll now be switching athletic brands

Nice store but since I’m average build, height, shoe size I have difficulty finding what I’m looking for. I ordered shoes from the Under Armor website and unfortunately had to return them due to being too narrow. They took good care of making my return quick and simple.

THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE KICKED ME OUT OF THIS STORE FOR NO REASON AND I HAVE IT ALL ON VIDEO!!!!This morning I drove an hour to get to this store and arrived just before 10am. I picked out the 2 shirts I wanted to purchase. Went to the checkout and there wasn’t anyone there. I looked and walked around the store and couldn’t find anyone. I heard loud laughing and carrying on in the back storage area. I walked in about 10 feet and said, “excuse me I need someone to check me out”. The employee with a black shirt and earpiece rushed me very aggressively. Said I can’t be back here. I said I’m just looking for someone to check me out. He was very rude and said there’s somebody up there that I should not be back there. I said I wasn’t trying to do anything wrong. I was just looking for someone to check me out. We walked back up front and there was a guy walking back to the front desk. He said he was in the back corner of the store. Obviously it was where I couldn’t see him. Knowing that fact, this employee, told me I had to leave the store store and would refuse to check me out. I even said… which I shouldn’t have to. I asked him to check the camera, you can see I was walking around the store looking for an employee.I’ve never been treated so rudely and inappropriately in my life. I asked why I couldn’t get checked out. He said he has the right to refuse service to me. Which I understand that fact, but I didn’t do anything wrong. I had the security call on me. Obviously I left without incident, because I’m not that type of person. But this was the most unprofessional rudest person that I’ve ever dealt with. Very unnecessary and I will never be back to that store again. Which is a shame because I wear nothing but under armor.Also, with the security guard said he understands where I’m coming from but there was nothing he can do. Just told me to contact corporate.This is the first review I’ve ever given. If I could put a negative star, I would. So unprofessional to have an employee like this work for such a great brand.
