They are on top of it! Great people, great service, fair prices. We were greeted immediately, a warm smile, how can I help you attitude. Guy knew what aisle everything was on. Several other staff also asked if we needed help. Publix, Chick-fil-A caliber or maybe even higher which says a lot. Enjoyed the whole experience.

I've been a customer of this company for nearly two decades and shopped in various locations across the southeast. I feel very fortunate to live in close proximity to the Lutz superstore, which is by far my favorite. The location is convenient and easy to access with plenty of parking. The store is clean, well organized, and offers a wide variety of wine, beer, and liquor at all price points. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a wine enthusiast, shopping here is very enjoyable!

Went in the past few days with my friend and they refused her service because I didn’t have MY ID. I was not touching anything, and I don’t drink. Meanwhile, two lanes over, they did not ID multiple customers who were with one person paying. Interesting how you choose when to uphold your rules; I even offered to step out of the store. Rude employees, rude manager, and a terrible experience. They also jack their prices up; I recommend just going to a local liquor store, where they WON’T harass their customers. Telling everyone I know to never come here!

Completely disappointed with my experience today. Went in (me 23) with my boyfriend (22) to get some different tequila to try because we are margarita lovers. The man inside helping us pick a tequila was great! However, when going to check out my boyfriend went to wait in the car as the line was long. A lady stopped him on the way out for whatever reason, then the lady came over to the register and whispered something to the cashier. The cashier scanned my items and my ID, then proceeded to say he needed to suspend my transaction and get the manager. The manager then told me he couldn’t sell to me because my other “party” needs to get their ID scanned even though he was no longer in the store. I offered to show them a picture of his ID as well since I had one on my phone. Not sure if this was racial profiling as my boyfriend is mixed, or if they were just being disrespectful but it was an absolutely horrible experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
