I bought a vape walked out it didn't work I went back and was refused a trade the counter person said I should of tried it ok so if I buy 6 vapes I have to open every one and try them the sales person took the vape a blew on it so now her saliva is on my vape pretty gross

So I visited this place on a Sunday evening at 5:31. As I walked in the cashier was extremely personable and greeted me warmly. I proceeded to ask if they sold charcoal disk for hookah machines she immediately stated NO. No worries, I was going to leave, and then I noticed that they sold cigars, so I then proceeded to ask -do you sell deadwood tobacco cigars? Again her answer was no. SoI asked , do you not sell it or do you not know if you sell it? She replied I have no idea what that is. So I proceeded to ask if I could then look for it to see if they carry that particular cigar as it look like they had a large assortment of cigars she quickly stated you can look however we close in 10minutes so I asked her if they closed at 6 PM or 540 she proceeded to tell me 6 PM so I politely stated that it was only 532 and was just looking for the cigars to see if they carry them. I was really disappointed because the customer service here was extremely poor considering that this is one of the few smoke shops in our neighborhood. It's the closest one to me however there are several more as you get closer to 41. I probably will never and I do me never frequent this spot ever again as I've lived in the community for over 15 years and had never visited it before however I needed charcoal disks for my hookah machine and thought since it was close I should support. Advice to management hire someone who is knowledgeable about what's in the store. You may also want to train your associates to NOT push customers out 30 minutes prior to closing. I will continue to patronize Cigar international at the mall and the small smoke shops on 41 as this one is now off my list.

The rudest operators I have ever encountered. When in to this place to spend money and buy some Hemp cigarettes. Everything was fine till a lady who was not waiting on me asked me to put on a mask. Then they said I could not pay with a credit card for the hemp cigarettes had to be cash. That sounds like they are doing some shady business in my opinion. Then they attempted to force me to allow my ID to be scanned. It was at that point I realized this place did not want my business or my money. Told them they are fully capable of typing in the birth date and didnt need to scan my ID. Will never return here nor would I recommend this place to anybody.

I have multiple sclerosis and have trouble walking. The wonderful woman that works there has offered to bring my order to my car if I needed her to! Wonderful customer service!!

I agree! Was a good place back in the day to buy stogies, but that time has passed! I'm cuout of cigars but would rather order them from JR Cigar or drive a little further into Wesley Chapel to get them! To the owner[s]what happened to your customer service? Shame Shame!! Another crappy experience! Woman behind the counter needs to take a class in salesmanship. Way overpriced as before. Stink of cigarettes should not be in a proper smoke shop. Hint of cigar and pipes only! As stated in previous review order from JR instead!

Loyal customer that's been coming to the lounge for years, now gets treated like a second-rate customer. Apparently my business is not valued there even though I've been coming there for years and sit down at the lounge.

I am spending a few days on business in Tampa and decided to try this establishment. I was impressed by their excellent selection, competitive pricing, and most of all the outstanding service that I received. I came in for a few cigars, but wound up getting almost 20 since I believe that quality locations deserve my business. The cherry on top was that they have an extremely comfortable lounge and complimentary coffee and a clean restroom, so I was able to enjoy a few of my purchases, many of which I never had before but were recommended by Steve, all were excellent. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back. .
