Bought a fiberglass exterior door that has held up great. Window glass has a lifetime warranty. Exterior door hinges are rusting out after 10 years. I called Tibbetts and the person who helped me said that I was lucky to get 10 years and nothing lasts forever. He also told me I could take one to Lowe's and get a new one. I think exterior parts should be made out of metal that won't rust like stainless or brass. So, make sure you know what you are buying. Don't just assume that you are getting good quality.

One of thee best lumber places I've encountered. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and the yard is organized. You can tell they have a workable system in place. I'm a delivery driver and being able to navigate easily around the yard is very important. The staff is patient and ensures continuity the in shipping and receiving process. Definitely no slackers here. The sign on the exit gate was very thoughtful. I believe it said "thanks for your hard work and get home safely." I needed to see that. Driving can be terrifying at times and the goal is to get home safely. Thank you Tibbets staff. You Rock!!!

To be clear, I am not a customer BUT, one of their truckstaking a shortcut by cutting through my Ballast Point neighborhood. The large orange truck snagged a limb and it fell across the road. I watched the driver get out and hall the limb into my neighbor's yard. I walked across the street and told him that is private property and he can't leave her with the cost of removal. He shrugged, dragged it back into the street and drove away.

Terrible pressure treated CDX plywood. Priced higher than Lowes. $86.00 each at Tibbetts. Each sheet had many knot HOLES. I'm going to have to put wood putty in all the holes before using. I went here because I thought a lumber yard would have quality products. Guess I was wrong. The sales person and others that I came in contact with were very professional. The photos are from only two sheets. Later I found that the others were worse.I won't be back.

Oh man not trying to be the grammar police but Chief Wiggum himself would have to put down his sprinkled donut, in an attempt to focus all his energy on deciphering a few of the reviews left below. Don't worry there's no need for me to name names here as yalls own words provide the only spotlight needed. Bravo! Gold stars for you all ⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for not disappointing ?

If i could leave a -5 star review i would. they just installed my new roof and there’s termites and rotten spots in the wood. maybe if they hired more people on night shift, there would be better high quality control.

Excellent. Purchased plywood. Lumberyard was really busy. Trucks being loaded. We were waited on promptly and our truck was loaded with a short wait.

Their customer service was terrible, the yard was dirty and wood was just thrown everywhere. Never buying there again
