I like the new location. It is closer to me. Staff is friendly. Nice selection. I have not purchased new furniture in over a decade with most of my furniture purchased here. And some is like new - such as only used to stage homes.

HUGE selection of gently used/like new items. Pictures, lighting, and furniture fill the store but the knick knacks are also worth the trip! I found random fossil plates that date back to 200-500mya! Also picked up a Carroll Boye piece-reasonably priced. They accept items-typically a 30-60 day wait list due high volumes. Reasonably priced. Clean and prestine. Incredibly friendly and relaxed staff. Helpful 'Hercules' in the backroom, to assist with loading. All around, I've visited often and will continue to check them out. They have new inventory daily. They post on website every day/couple days new items. Lots to choose from.

i was provided a delivery window of 10-2 on a Saturday. The store confirmed this 2 days prior. On the day of the delivery no one arrived during the scheduled time and when I called they said I was now scheduled for "around 4 pm". I am annoyed that I wasted my entire Saturday. if the delivery window changed I should have been notified So I would not sit home all day.

This store used to be great but their store hours are ridiculous now. They close M- Sat at 6pm!!! And their Sun hrs are 12noon to 5pm. Guessing based on the age of the staff behind the counter this is not someone’s primary source of income but more like someone’s “retirement fun or entertainment” doing something they enjoy, flipping used furniture, & making a little $$. Current stock was rather disappointing. Will try again another day, maybe it’s all due to them moving to this new location.

I have been VERY disappointed with the employees and customer service when I go shopping at Room Exchange. The last few times that I went in there to shop the employees dont say hello or acknowledge you when your in the store they just look at you. God forbid you need help with something they act like you are bothering them . They are always huddle together talking about their life and dont acknowledge their customers. The younger dark short haired girl is not friendly at all either. She acts like you are a bothering her when you need help with something and shenever acknowledge customers . I have been shopping at Room Exchange for a very long time and never seen customer this bad. I have been in retail over 20 years and never do this to my customers. Alaways remember customers make your pay checks. Acknowlege and value your customers. Love the owners of Room Exchange and they have a great business but their staff lacks big time on customer service that makes me not want to shop there.

I would definitely say this is the place to be when looking for quality, affordable pieces. I bought two beautiful queen size ,soldwood nightstands for $256 total when I almost spent $800 on nightstands at ashely furniture and those pieces were not 100% solid wood. You can really find special pieces here if you go on their Facebook or go to the store frequently since there stuff does sell quick. I almost bought pieces of furniture I didn't need because of how beautiful, affordable, and amazing quality the pecies were. The staff were nice and they made things simple purchase wise and how the pieces were going to be taken.UPDATE: I am decreasing the amount of stars due to poor customer service. My previous review above was from a couple years ago, but I have become more disappointed every time I visit the store recently. I was there today and I was not greeted when I walked in even though a worker saw me nor was I acknowledged during my time there. They were primarily focused on moving furniture which I understand needs to be done, but its just become less welcoming. Customer service is super important to me even if I don't need help at the moment of time.
