I can't say enough good things about Good Feet! We were initially drawn to the store after a recommendation from a retired pro football player who swore by their insoles for his entire team. Given our family of athletes – two adults, a college basketball player, a high school baller, and a basketball-loving 10-year-old – we decided to give it a shot.
Walking into the store at 4:30 PM without an appointment, we were greeted by Louis and then joined by Kristen. Despite the late hour and the large group of us, they were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand each of our needs and recommended the perfect support sets and house shoes.
A special shoutout to Kristen for her incredible professionalism. She handled our youngest with such grace and understanding, even when he wasn't smelling his best after a long day at school and PE being his last class ??♀️ She never once made him feel uncomfortable or gave me that dreaded "mom shame."
We were beyond impressed with the level of service and expertise we received. We left the store feeling confident that we had made the right decision for our family's foot health and comfort. We purchased a support system for all 5 of us as well as 4 house slippers. Thank you, Good Feet! You've gained loyal customers for life.

Andre was AMAZING! Not only did I have a great experience but he made it fun. The only thing that was difficult was the price. As a single Mom funds are always tight, myself and my daughter both needed shoes and inserts but the total was outrageous, We both should have gotten shoes and 3 inserts as well as cushions, I left with one pair of shoes and 1 insert for myself and my child. However, I would highly recommend going here if it’s in your budget, I told Andre I was leaving there with shoes and he made it possible to do so. He was patient and fun and gets 10/10 from me!

Beth and Kristen were amazing. Extremely informative, excellent customer service. My feet already feel better, the inserts are a little pricey however it is a worthwhile investment in my opinion ?

3 stars for high prices but good service. 1 star if rating pricing alone.
I knew nothing about good feet before walking in. The experience was personalized and focused on the arch system and the staff was very friendly. After about an hour or so finding the right arches they rang me up and we didn’t discuss pricing until I saw the register with an astonishing price for the arches. On top of that there is no return policy which is not stated anywhere. I was in Shock contemplating what to do and decided to pay thinking I could discuss with spouse and return them if needed. Another bad assumption.
I just wanted good shoes that help with foot pain and walked out with arches which sounds good, but several times more expensive than what I anticipated during the process. I went back to get a refund but of course not allowed. they worked with me to ensure the products meet my needs. It’s Hard to tell if they will work unless you wear them for awhile. I also asked if I can get one arch and not all 3 and unfortunately not. No options to work with your budget.
I’m keeping them obviously living with my decision and hope they do as promised but it was a huge expense you need to be prepared for.

What a great experience once again for me at the Good Feet Store. I had a pair of orthotics for 20 years and I figured it’s time to get new ones since I was having feet problems so I went to the store and Louis was a good guy to help me out. I was pleasantly surprised how much the new orthotics helped me out vs my old ones. I was totally sticker shocked when paying for my new orthotics but I remember back in 2000 I was sticker shocked then too but at least I know now that the news ones have a life time warranty and that makes me happy. Thanks again Louis for all of your help.
