Target Starbucks. The lil entitled liberal girl at the Starbucks refused to make my drink after making drinks for 5 others before me. My drink was awful, she never made the second drink I paid for. I asked for a refund on both. The manager doesn’t know how to refund, not surprised at the $20 + health benefits they receive but don’t know how to treat the customers. Disgusting. Fire everyone working in there. They really suck.

Absolute worst customer service. I had a prescription called in last Thursday. I receive one test message saying they received the order and then NOTHING. You cannot call them and talk to anyone. You are forced to leave a voicemail that no one returns. I can't use the automated service because I don't have a prescription number yet.
What kind of pharmacy doesn't let you talk to a real person to confirm the order is in place? There is enough mark up in prescriptions that they should be able to afford someone to answer the phone. Even the customer service desk at the store couldn't reach the pharmacy. I give up. Going somewhere else at this point.

The most rude and disrespectful people work at self-checkout at Target on 1040 Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, Florida 33548. Today, when I needed assistance at self-checkout for a bottle of wine, I 'greeted' associate Susan (per her name tag "trainer") in charge of self-checkout. She yelled out with the rudest and most arrogant tone "Hi there, what's your date of birth!' Is it a policy of greeting the customers at Target, in this manner? And it's especially alarming that she is a 'trainer' . On multiple occasions when I've shopped at this store, I've had the most unpleasant aftertaste of being rudely mistreated by one associate or another. This Target has a horrible customer service culture, and horrible training or both. Upper management truly needs to re-train their employees or fire those who just don't get it. I live a few minutes away from the store, but going forward I will gladly drive a few extra miles to other grocery stores to avoid a similar unpleasant experience at this Target on Dale Mabry and County Line in Lutz, FL.

met an old man named carl and had a terrible experience here because of this employee. he was so rude from the very second i spoke to him. he refused to help when i asked to price match two books. gave me attitude and said im not allowed to change the price. and when i explained that target offers price match and that i price match in store to the target app all the time, he would cut me off mid sentence every time. i couldn't even talk or explain myself without him speaking over me saying he doesn't care and that im not allowed to do that because im "double dipping". his exact words. so rude and disrespectful for no reason and talks to you like you’re stupid. terrible customer service not only to me but also saw him being rude to other people as well.

Shopping at Target is always a breeze. The prices are comparable and the product selection is competitive. Always a choice between qualities.

The service is poor. Since they limit you to 10 items at self checkout, I made my way over a aisle with a sales associate who was miserable assisting customers. She rang up additional items and I had to go back to customer service to get refunds on a total of 6 items that were scanned multiple times! How does that even happen?! No one is ever available to assist. The Starbucks in here is filthy. The stickers advertising a sale are never under the correct item (I mean wayy of) and a sales associate had the audacity to tell me it's not her peoples job to make sure the stickers are under the correct item. Rather, the customers job to read it thoroughly. I suppose it makes sense that the paying customer should also being do their jobs. The delusion is unbearable. I would rather just order from Amazon.

Don't bother phoning this place to get any information. Phone just rings and rings. Not going to risk driving 20 mile round-trip to be told. No, we don't have that, even though your website says you do.Been there. Done that. Ring up another no sale. Ha! Ha!

It’s kind of ridiculous that the put the self check out so we the customers had to do their job of checking out, and now they have limited the amounts of items for self check out to 10, meanwhile, only 2 registers opened with a line in both with customer that could self checking out and empty self check out register.

Call to check on if an item is in stock, get shuffled from one department to another until the call is just dropped. It's 2024, you should be able to get an inventory request handled simply by now.
