My experience with the employees at Sephora was excellent. Mel in particular went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant shopping experience as he was extremely helpful and kind.

Called to ask about the return policy, wasn't in a bad mood or anything and the women on the phone seemed rude and short with me, made me upset. I think it was the kohl's manager not the sephora one. Ended up going to a different location

The people who work here are extremely rude. They expect you to know all of their store policies like you’re an employee. Apparently Sephora isn’t Sephora and they can’t return things at this location if you buy on the Sephora app. The two girls working were rude when I asked to do a return. I will never purchase from Kohl’s or Sephora again.

Why do I need to wait in line to pay department store prices anyway? No thanks. Dont need to stand in junk alley for 15 minutes waiting to pay.

Love that there’s a Sephora now, but every time I have shopped specifically in the Sephora store the employees HOVER and are very obvious about trying to prevent you from stealing. On 2 different occasions I have quite literally been followed by the sephora employees breathing down my neck and carefully observing my every move— very uncomfortable! On my last visit I was followed by the employee and when I picked something up to swatch the color she asked me if I was going to buy it. I am in my early 20s and look like a highschooler to some but this has been on 2 separate occasions and makes me not want to visit this location

Sydney helped me find the perfect products for dealing with a heinous pimple that showed up days before I had a concert to go to. Great location!Also, I found the customer service perfect and not rude at all. The employees were very knowledgeable. I have to wonder if the numerous bad reviews left of this location were from people who were rude themselves? Generally, people are nice to you when you're nice to them. Go bulls!

This location has terrible customer service. I Went To look for a ysl lipstick and asked one of the associates for help. She was extremely rude, and acted like I put her out to even bother to try to help me. I won't buy from this location ever again. I will take my business to Nordstrom .

I love Sephora! They carry all of my favorites, the associates are always super friendly and this location is well stocked. The Ordinary Toning Solution is great for keeping clearing up dark spots and keeping your armpits even toned. The Fluff&Hold laminating brow wax lasts all day and keeps your eyebrow hair in place and looking fabulous!

The sales reps are rude and not knowledgeable about anything in the store. There was a women's purfume tester they said was men's and did not know the difference between homme and femme and actually argued with me about it she was dumb and all the girls in there that work there are idiots.

Sales reps aren't knowledgeable enough about products listed on Sephoras website. If something isn't in the store at least look it up before dismissing me, claiming to not sell the product at all (if they have it online that means Sephora does sell it, obviously). They have a great selection for all hair types and skin types though making it a great choice for me when I want to try something new. Also great for gifts!

DO NOT EVER OPEN A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WITH KOHLS! I HAVE A LOST CREDIT CARD AND KOHLS HAS NOBODY OR ANYWAY TO REPORT THIS LOST CREDIT CARD! THEIR 800 NUMBERS AND THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER HAVE ZERO PROMPTS TO REPORT A LOST/STOLEN CREDIT CARD!!! THERE ARE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ANSWERING CALLS! I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR! THESE NUMBERS ARE ALSO ON MY CELL CALL LOG HISTORY ALONG WITH POSTING THIS ON THEIR KOHLS FB PAGE AS PROOF I HAVE TRIED TO REPORT A LOST CREDIT CARD! AS OF JUNE 20, 2022 I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARGES PLACED ON MY LOST CREDIT CARD!

Located inside of Kohls. They actually remodeled the outside of Kohls to have 1 of their entrances look like you're walking into Sephora. They removed the jewelry and makeup section that was previously in the store and built a store in a store concept with Sephora right smack in the middle of the store! It's a huge store! Love having this so close to my house. My credit card will be burning soon lol.
