Closed the shop and failed to notify customers.... Crappy way to build customer loyalty! I was happy for over two years, until my stylist Kristen moved to Japan. In April 2025, they changed their business model, made all stylists independent, raised prices higher for services, than same services provided by Aveda and other high quality salons., They lost me with higher prices, fee for using debit card.... I have curly hair that is difficult to cut. I found that Tiffany does a great job but is usually is booked so due to a time restraint I decided to give Kristen a try. She did a wonderful job dealing with my unruly hair. I now book with Kristen. This salon is very lucky to have such talented stylist. The prices are very reasonable.

I had the worst hair cut of my life - they only booked 30 minutes for my haircut (which I was shocked when I told them on the phone my hair usually takes an hour and a half) - on my birthday of all days - no one offered me water or a drink when they offered other guests some - I have pretty thick and curly hair and the stylist starting rushing at the end attempting to "thin" it out - when all she did was CHOP my hair super short underneath it all - I am mortified!!!! she didn't even straighten or style or hair when I specially asked for that - and obviously was rushing everything. This obviously is a salon for older ladies - which I would have never known from the reviews. I am so disappointed in my experience and am just praying my hair grows out soon. I should have never went & got it done before my birthday weekend - it only made me feel worse. :/

Got my haircut by Angie!
I’ve had the good luck of having my hair Cut by the same individual for 22 years, however, recently moved to Tampa and had no idea where to go. A friend recommended this place and Angie took me in and helped me figure out what to do. I’m so lost in a salon I have no idea what to even say I want with my hair because I’ve never had to do that before. My whole life I just sat down and let the guy cut.
Thankfully, Angie did an awesome job and I’m not sure if I’ve ever been so pleased with a haircut. Looks awesome. Will be perpetually adding to my calendar.

this place sucks!!! they are rude and just cater to their regular 80 year old clients. offered everyone a drink except me felt a bit of racism. terrible service and attitude. they charge me so much but they can't even cut hair they damaged my hair.

The employees are all very professional and friendly. My stylist is Kristen and she is amazing. Love the cut and highlights she does on my hair. Very happy I found this Salon.

Terrible experience. Stylist didn’t even speak to me the entire time- no consultation or anything about what I wanted done. She used a straightener to curl my whole head…. Enough said. I went home and did my hair myself, with an actual curling iron. Not professional at all and would not recommend.Service: Hairstyling

It was one of those times where I felt I really needed a haircut and they fit me in. I have really fine hair so not easy to do. They made me feel very comfortable and did a great job.
