The best part of this place is the location. The room was old and you could hear every single thing the person did upstairs, including bodily functions. The breakfast area was dirty and did not offer anything fresh. When we arrived the water was supposed to be off for 1 day until 6pm according to the email. It went on for days. So we had to wake up early on vacation to shower and pee. No apology given. All around sub par experience.

Avoid this hotel! This hotel is under renovation and I was not notified about it until I was about to check in. Hallways, elevator, and rooms are super dusty. Constant noise of construction and parking lot is taken over by construction equipment. The floor I was staying on had all the fire alarms taped off which seems very unsafe. GM email me at 4pm on day of check in informing me that the hotel was under renovation and needed to reassign me a new room after the first night. This was not only extremely inconvenient for me but the front desk staff did not know what was happening. They had a hard time finding a new room for me on day 2 and even told me that they might not be able to accommodate me. Do yourself a favor and stay either at the Hilton or the SpringHill Suites.

Rooms are enough for family with 2 kids. Beds are not so comfortable but not bad. Breakfast is so so. But u can find 24 hour coffe complimentary. Parking is a problem not too much space, u have to park next hotel parking lot. Cleaning is ok. When u ask something they bring u very quickly. Over all with price is ok. And the area is ok if u have car. Not very close to shopping or dine but with car 10-15 min u can reach all.

Stayed here after moving out from our home for the night. From checking in with Alexa to breakfast clean up and even getting my cup ice with Dante, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had our puppy with us who could be quite the handful, and the staff was so loving, even the guests too. Rooms were quiet and clean even with their renovations taking place. Biggest compliment is the staff that works there. Seemed like a happy environment to be a part of and that everyone truly enjoyed their job/careers there.

We stayed here for a wedding and overall we were not pleased. Main complaints is that the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. When looking for something I dropped, looking underneath the couch, there was an old empty liquor bottle behind the couch. It was quite disgusting. The rooms even in a king suite have one air vent that blows into the main area, so the actual bed gets no AC. The other main complaint is the parking and service from the attendant. They state parking is “included” but there is hardly any parking. The parking lot is combined with The Hilton next door, and multiple bars/eateries. When checking where we could park after searching for 15 minutes, we checked with the front desk for a parking permit because we noticed the tow signs in the parking lot. She told us we definitely will get towed, they tow all night, they tow if you park in the circle when checking in, or parked in anything other than the few parking spots offered between both hotels. We asked what were we supposed to do? She stated nothing they could do, that we needed to drive around until a spot opened, to which we had already done. This was at 10:30 at night, exhausted coming from a wedding, and obviously these people were all in for the night. This is not the service or amenities we expect from a Marriott as we are members. Would not recommend staying here.

Let me start by saying that Margarita at the front desk was amazing. .
Mike the supervisor gave us a lesson about alligators. Great night fun times
Rooms: The rooms are fantastic, they are spacious and very well built. We couldn’t hear our neighbors in the night.
Food & drinks: Very nice to be able to walk across the street and enjoy a variety of cuisine

We stopped for one night on our way to the Everglades. It's really a nice facility. Close to the 275 exit, but tucked away in a small commercial area within walking distance to excellent restaurants.
The staff is efficient and helpful. Rooms are your basic RI, with cold AC, and clean. Breakfast was OK. We've certainly had worse. The breakfast area is huge, with booth, counter, and table seating. Very nice! Attendants keep the food area clean at all times.
One special feature about this property is the large amount of outside seating and lounging space. Not just a pool but fire pit area with couch and chair seating.
We would return here again if in the area.

This hotel and room were perfect for me! I wasn't planning on staying overnight for work, they had to get the room for me last minute. I walked in and was surprised! There was a very nice little desk and chair to sit at and do my work, an L-shaped couch with a pull out bed... a full mini kitchen that had a full size firdge/freezer, dish soap on the counter, and even plates and cups in one of the cupboards! The bed was in it's own little room with a door that could be shut to separate yourself from the living space. The bathroom was nice with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers on the wall, and the shower and toilet room and it's own door you could shut and be separated from the bedroom. I didn't pack an overnight bag and the nice lady at the desk was more than happy to provide me with a toothbrush, some toothpaste, and some lotion.
Food & drinks: The hotel has breakfast included but there was no bar/restaurant for dinner. There's a sushi place, a pizza place, a Carrabba's, a Glory Days Grill, and some other bar nearby for dinner. Check the hours for each before you go.

Stayed at this location many times on the way to Port of Tampa for a cruise departure. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and several restaurants within easy walking.

Rooms: I purchased a suite for my daughter and my self. They put us in a handicap suite. It wasn’t as nice of an experience as I had in January.

Parking is a challenge as we had to park next door and walk in the rain. They only have 2 handicap parking spots and do not enforce placard or plates to park there. Breakfast was done 30 minutes before stated end time so people were looking for breakfast and no hot food.

We had to check in last minute, and Anna was able to set us up and make sure everything was taken care of. She went over and above what was expected and checked in on us throughout our stay. She is honestly the reason we chose to stay here. Very thankful for her!

I've been here for about a month now for work. I've been staying I a 2 bedroom suite that has a full kitchen, living room, and a bathroom in each room. Each room is very spacious. They have breakfast every day, which is pretty good for being a hotel. There's a laundry room and gym. Also if you like to fish They pond next to the hotel has some good-sized bass in it. Just watch out for the alligator. That staff and services are great. So far, I've had a great experience since I've been staying here.
