I typically enjoy visiting Publix stores, but my recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The soda fountain machine was filthy and moldy, clearly neglected and unclean. I saw a few managers speaking and approached them to let them know. Thankfully, I had someone with who noticed one of the manager's (female with short brown hair wearing a green shirt) dismissive attitude and eye roll when I reported the issue. While I did bring this to the management's attention, this experience was far below the standards I associate with Publix and left me with a very negative impression. Do better, Publix!

Joannie has great customer service skills from the moment that I walked in the door. She greeted with me and stopped eating her lunch to help me as the same time she was training another employee. She also offered me a water and showed me how to use the subway rewards app she is the best and she needs a raise.

Although Publix is a little pricey, this Publix is always clean and well stocked, and the customer service is always second to none. This is my favorite publix to go to, especially for subs.

I have been coming to this publix for almost 12 years, and it's never disappointed me. It is always clean, stocked, the deli is phenomenal and the bakery is my weakness! Most of all though, is how absolutely wonderful the employees always are. They are always willing to help and strike up a conversation. I don't know how they always find them. It's like this Publix took the friendliest people in the world and hired them at one store. My favorite is Gage! He is just a delight to talk to and always in a great mood. He even decorated a cookie cake for me once just to put me in a good mood. I get them often, but I swear it tasted even better this time because of his fun message on it!

Almost every Publix is terrific. This one is no different. This particular Public services a wide variety of local residents and perhaps has a bit less of the small town interaction as some other Publix that are close by. It is very well taken care of and managed.
