We ordered subs today and they were very disappointing. One sub had long hairs (2) in it. The Pickles and tomato's tasted spoiled and the cucumber was disgusting. The Olives were mealy and squishy.

Talk about Customer Service . These two associates went beyond to help me . Is not every day that you walked in Publix and get to return 4 times consequetively over the same thing . The patience that these two associates have is outstanding . From the beginning to to the end . They took AWESOME CARE of me !

Publix is known for great deli's, but I would avoid this one; commonly understaffed by very low energy, inefficient workers and very often are out of ingredients. There doesn't seem to be much organization. But the rest of store is great!

I had purchased birthday cards for my great-granddaughter and great-grandson I paid for the cards at the customer service desk and I had asked one of the the customer service lady if she could give me a couple of $50 bills and she told me she didn't have any $50 bills but I could go tell the cashier at one of the registers and it was okay for me to get 50 dollar bills and I was told they didn't have any and they couldn't do it I thought that was very very unprofessional
My usual Publix should I shop at is it in San Antonio Florida about 20 mi from the Land O Lakes Publix anyway I will make it a point to go to my Publix in San Antonio for all my needs

Publix Deli earned their 10 stars today (and most every day). It’s like an unwritten rule not to order a bunch of sandwiches or a platter at lunch time or without preorder and my request broke that rule today. However the Department manager at the store willing took on the task without complaint and make it happen. Thank you!
