Been using this pharmacy for a year plus and all the sudden they say they won’t fill my meds because it is a telehealth!! Are you kidding me? I have been on these meds for almost 20 years and what is the difference between an in person doctor and one that is through a video conference?…..NOTHING!!! Now I have to figure out what to do and quickly because otherwise I am sick!! Thank you Publix pharmacy for a bang up job of helping me!!

Some of the nicest, and most knowlegable people work here. I am amazed at how they manage to be so efficient and friendly in this challenging environment that we now live in. Their ability to solve supply problems for medications and offer detailed amazing advice on the spot is impressive. Pharmacy isso complex these days and keeping up with supplies and advice is a real challenge. They are amazing! Thank you!!

The pharmacy techs here are so unprofessional and rude. There are always a gaggle of gen z techs standing behind the counter, yet none seem to be working- just socializing. God forbid you ask a question, they either can’t answer or are met with a terse attitude.

This Publix Parmacy staff and "floater" Pharmacist are VERY rude & unprofessional!!!!!Three visits to this location to get a freaking flu shot & shingles vaccine! The other Publix Pharmacy at North Pointe are so much more caring & friendly. I came to this location cause it's closer to home & I was off from work! Highly disappointed in this Publix!!! They need to treat us Seniors with respect! Thank you.

Two separate times I’ve been hit and run walking in this Publix parking lot. Once for hurricane Ian and then today just before posting this. Don’t go here. Everyone wants to run you over in their car when you walk in the parking lot.

I'm tired of walking thru the employees cigarette smoke right outside the front door. I called and asked the (I think) "assistant manager" if she thought it was appropriate that employees are smoking at the entrance, and she said "where else are they going to smoke?"Try back behind the building to start with. I seriously doubt that the Jenkins family (founders) would approve of this policy.

Recently went in for a sub at the deli counter. Cassandra walks up to the counter, waves the Publix employee behind me up to her station and looks at me and says “I’m just gonna take him because he’s working”. I AM WORKING TOO CASSANDRA!!! She finishes his sandwich then moves on to the next guy in line behind me while never once bothering to take my order!!!! My friend and I were the only Black people in line and Cassandra had no issue allowing not 1 but 2 white men to skip over me and they BOTH got their food before the young man behind the counter even had a chance to start my sandwich. Used to love this location but I will NEVER spend my money here again. Way to be a horrible employee Cassandra, worst Publix trip I’ve ever had.

I have been fully vaccinated with Moderna. To me, there are NO side effects.I would like to say thanks to Tim and other employees who helped me today. They are nice, helpful and responsible.( My first covid vaccine dose was on October 3rd. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch my pharmacist name because I was nervous and scared. ‘He is my hero.’ I definitely want to send many thanks to him. ) <3

The pharmacist and staff at this Publix pharmacy are so nice and helpful. I am glad to get prescriptions and over the counter medicines here.

People working there got a nasty attitude all the time eccept the 2 Pharmacist. A new girl with light brown hair & glasses acts like she owns the place & she just a Tech. I went to get my husband's meds at 8:58pm and she gave me a dirty look. Well heck IF the Drive-Thru window is open you need to SERVE THE CUSTOMER. I was stuck up the road for 25 min waiting for RR train to cross. BE POLITE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AS THEY GIVING YOU THEIR BUSINESS. Jeez!!!!

Absolutely horrendous service. I live within 2 minutes of this Publix and will never use this pharmacy again. Does not surprise me at all that the other 1-star reviews on here are due to customer service in the pharmacy dept at this location. Guy working (name Matt?) was pushing me asking me personal as well as medical questions out loud in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. When i advised him i would be more comfortable just answering questions like that to my doctor Matt told me that he actually is one of my doctors since he's filling the prescription. Dr. Matt then proceeded to try and make everything i did more difficult and time consuming when he knew he could help me get what i needed done much quicker.

Terrible Service. Went in to get my Covid vaccine. Was given forms to fill out, I completed them and returned them. Then I was asked for my ins info etc. No problem. Then told to have a seat. So I sat, and sat, and sat with no communication. Finally after about 30 minutes I got up to make sure they were getting things together for my shot and said " I am getting vaccine X correct." They said no we only have vaccine Y, not X or Z. I told them I didn't want that one due to side effects. I explained the reason I went their is because their website for that store says they have X, Y, and Z. Then the pharmacist said they haven't received any in six weeks. Uh... then why isn't your website updated and why is that not the FIRST thing you tell someone when they ask for a vaccine. Finally I was like fine ok I'll get vaccine Y, then he said no we already canceled it in the system. What! Then the girl at the counter before I left said that I can come back anytime to have it done. That it is saved in the system. Uh sorry your RUDE pharmacist just told me he canceled it. So which is it. I will never use that pharmacy again. Horrible experience and still no vaccine.
