It is truly sad that only those few with negative comments and not the vast majority with positive comments seek out social platforms and review boards to display their one sided opinions. This is a great pharmacy, they answer the phones, attend to your needs and get what you need when you need it. Like any business some employees may be distasteful, but all the true pharmacists that work at this location are professional, attentive and friendly. Don’t base your decision on a star rating, try them yourself and make your own decision on how this pharmacy operates and interacts with its customers.

This pharmacy is seriously going to kill someone some day, if they have not already. I have gone there for 7 years due to the proximity to my house.They have screwed up my prescriptions countless times. I can't believe the management has not changed!!

I was told that I am not ever allowed to change pharmacies and I could not have my prescription filled here (even though my current pharmacy does not carry what I needed). This is extremely odd to tell a customer that they are never allowed to change pharmacies. I have never heard of such a thing in my entire life. But apparently that is the rule at this pharmacy.

It takes forever to get a prescription filled. Half of the time the prescription isn’t ready when you go to pick it up. I don’t understand why they don’t have an online or automated way to check on prescriptions. The automated method always ask for the prescription number. How would someone know when it’s a new prescription called in by the doctor?

After switching insurance, I had to find a new pharmacy and remembered this pharmacy had been recommended many months earlier, and also accepted my new insurance. I wish I had transferred here earlier: the staff are always welcoming, expedient and, even more importantly, understand how important it is to provide a reliable pharmacy service that works for you as a patient rather than just as if you're just another customer. If you're looking for a pharmacy, this one comes twice-over recommended.

This pharmacy is fine. I don't know if it's because of how busy our area has become or if it's a logistics issue, but filling prescriptions takes a very long time (especially compared to other pharmacies). We've had simple antibiotic scripts called in, show up 6 hours later... and they're still not ready. Otherwise, they're nice and convenient.

Always great-fast refills, friendly service, and helpful finding discount prescription cards to reduce the costs of certain prescriptions (usually when DR prescribes a non-generic, or it’s a new med and generics aren’t available yet). I am really surprised at the bad reviews/ratings. Between me and my 3 kids, we are at the pharmacy somewhat often, and still no issues after I moved up to Land O’ Lakes about 10 years ago.
