So, this Pet Supermarket's customer service was and is, amazing to say the least. Two of the women👯♀️ that work here, used to work at the Pet Supermarket on Fowler avenue🛣️, and they've always been a great help🥇. I wish they were closer, but everything happens for a reason!🙄😔🤬 Anyways, just to point out 📍yes I do have bathroom🚽 pictures, their bathroom🤮 was disgusting🤢 . That is the only reason for the⭐⭐⭐⭐, has nothing to do with the cleanliness 🧼🧽of the store, just the the bathroom 🚽🪠was were disgusting☢️. If you look at the pictures📸 that look like just white⚪ or nothing... if you zoom in 👁️🗨️ there was dust🐰 hanging from the ceiling like and just rings💍 around the bottom of the toilet and they had stuff duct taped🗳️ in there. I don't know why but it just was not somewhere wherei would take my animals 🦓🦄🦚🦈into. But other than that the experience was great the animals🐹🐭🐰🐈 were well kept and fed 🍽️ and as well as this supermarket is huge when I tell you it's huge🏰 it's gigantic.🗺️ This is the biggest Pet Supermarket that I've ever been to. And everybody and everything was in its place and the manager there is amazing 😍 🤩 and I wish they would come back closer to me but another day another 💵.

Our favorite pet store. Great varieties of pets. Cats, Dogs, many different birds, fish, and fish food. Mischevious Ferrets, but in a happy way. Ferrets are our favorites

Quiet shop where I've been able to find everything I've needed so far. The option to order ahead online for pickup has been convenient, and the rewards program has also been very nice.

The first couple of times it was awesome I have no problem with the cashiers or the assistant manager by the way this is the manager Britney was awesome I really like her but our Fair passed away recently and it happened really quickly and I feel like I was treated on Fair on the situation because the information that she gave me was she told me that I should have called the store first when it happened and it happened really quickly like we send them to our veterinarian he ended up passing away in Tony's arms that's our doctor but I did call Wednesday because we were grieving we were kind of hoping that he would make it through and the person that I talked to said sure we can return him or her or you can get your refund so I went to the store and then they told me that the manager was not in and I can come back and I did and then the other cashier's like I don't know how to do this and then they would get their assistant manager just to be overheard that I had to call them first when it happened but she did Apologize at saying she is sorry that it happened because she was really close to our fur baby too but I don't think I'm not going to be there back anytime soon.
