It was a whole day fiasco because the pups HATE having their nails trimmed. It takes both of us an hour each just for their nails. I was so nervous to try a groomer because of how hard of a time we have but we were getting so tired of doing it ourself. Decided to give Ava's a try today and called them up to see if they were available. They had an appointment open in an hour and we took it. We dropped them off and warned them about how long their nails may take. They gave us a 2 hour estimate and texted us in 1.5 hour. I was nervous that it didn't go well. When I got there, the ladies said they did really well and they had no issues and even said she overestimated the time. The pups left smelling SO good and even got cute little bandanas. Safe to say I am bringing them here every month now.

Our regular vet was closed and Cheval made a same day appt. for us. Sadly, it was not good news and we needed to lay him to rest. The Dr. was very patient and professional. The staff was sympathetic and gave us the time we needed, despite going into after hours, and ensuring my pup was comfortable & not in pain. We will never forget their kindness!

In healthcare and had many vets for my animals. Dr. Antonio Flores is by FAR the best of the best. He connects with your furry (or non-furry) animal, addresses any and all concerns, listens to the owner, and talks WITH the owner as to the suggested medical plan needed, but wait he waits to see and understand what the owner is thinking, and wanting.
In addition to ALL OF THAT - Dr. Flores is incredibly knowledgeable, educates and is HIGHLY skilled. All this and NO God complex.
I’ve seen nd experienced in the last 3 years, taking care of my 2 cats and 2 dogs nothing but the highest compassion one could ever see.

1524 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Lutzthis place is amazing. Dr Register is great with my dogs Poppy and Suki. Suki is going to be 18. A few years ago I thought was going to lose her. Blue pearl said she had cancer. That still may be true but with the supplements for hepatic and renal support and the recommendationa from Dr Register she's still here and living her best life. It's always clean and so calm. The payment plans are a true blessing! Thank you! Cindy D you should remove the bad review if it had nothing to do with the vet care. Not hearing back with a phone call or email 3 business days from that Friday is pretty petty. Sometimes it takes months Especially if they are short staffed. I am sure you won't be getting the job At this point. Something tells me that's probably an issue for you in general. You have definitely burned a bridge. You should have sent a thank you note after the interview and followed up a week after they said they would contact you If they didn't to let them know you are still interested That is how the real world works.

Dr Daniels and staff have taken very good care of my dog, from surgery for her eye years ago through diagnosing a heart condition and helping to maintain her health in her last few years. I can't say enough of how great they truly are and how thankful I am that they are my vet.

4575 Pet Ln, LutzI need to start off with noting that this encounter with my 41 year old BNG Macaw would be the first time Dr. Marlane Seigel will be seeing my baby. I did not bring her a bird that was in great condition, so that needs to be said right up front. Dr. Seigel did a lot of tests on my baby and found many different things that required a procedure she was not able to do at her facility. With that being said, she did give me several options for hospital for my Hawkeye. Dr. Seigel assured me that she would be in constant contact with whoever it is I took him to so that once the procedures were done she would take it from there. I took my boy to Blue Pearl in Clearwater for these treatments, the doctor there is a very capable young lady that conferenced Dr. Seigel in and together they did what was needed for Hawkeye. Unfortunately, it did not have the results we had hoped for. My boy was, for lack of any other words, dying. He spent 2 days in Blue Pearl, and the doc there talked to Dr. Seigel who had come up with a treatment plan. I picked him up, held him tight, went home, and the next morning my boy passed away. I have to say, Dr. Seigel is one of the most positive, hopeful and comforting souls I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, and I know that my Hawkeye just loved her too, even if it were only for a brief period. This lady will not give up, she only asks that you don't either. I had no choice and am now in the grieving process, which I am sure is going to take me sometime. This wonderful lady has even called me to see how I was doing. I only wish I had known her much earlier on, but unfortunately, I was not even in this state. I highley recommend this place, the products she uses, the hopes that she spreads and the love for your baby like no other can give. I am broken, but I will heal, don't think twice when it comes to your pets, whether its a bird, dog, cat, gerbel, or whatever. Learn earlier on, so you won't be where I am and wishing you had known better.

5109 W Lutz Lake Fern Rd, LutzWe have been taking our dog to this place ever since we got her and we love it!! Dave, his wife and the staff just love dogs and it shows. They know which dogs go together, which are better apart and they take tons of videos and pix you can see. There has never been a single dog incident I am aware of at this place - that's how well they know and manage all the pups. They also alternate between outside time and downtime so it's a good mix each day. My dog loves going to "school" and runs to the car when its time. If we playback a video and she hears the workers voices she gets so happy! Doggie daycare really helps with her energy levels and mischief around the house. I think their prices are more than fair and if you live in Lutz/Odessa it's easy to get to. Just make sure you are careful going in and out with the schools nearby (kids go flying down the sidewalk and its hard to see). This place is not fancy and your dog will be dusty when you pick them up, but you can rest assured they are treated like family when they are there!

We waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. I had another couple with me it was there first time to go there. So strike one for being held up to seat. Our waiter Frank was not a very pleasant person at all. He got our drinks wanted to know if we were ready to order. My friends were not ready their first time to eat here and they had to look the menu over. He huffed like he was put out he had to come back to take our order. Strike 2 he made us wait for 10 minutes to take our order. The ketchup bottle was empty. Got one off another table it was empty. I flagged Frank down to have him get us a new one. Strike three he grabbed it off the table and huffed and puffed about getting us another bottle . This was my favorite place to eat. I've brought a few friends to eat there. After today I will not be back.

I had the Abita Amber beer the day I visited with some friends. This was right after the hurricane. It's a place like this that's a welcome relief when you're having to deal with the aftermath. Think about how much better it would be when you come here and when there's no worries in life. I would gladly visit again the staff was friendly and it's a good watering hole if you're nearby.

The food was good, though not the best hibachi I’ve ever had. The all-you-can-eat menu was a bit confusing. It seemed that if one person ordered it, everyone had to as well. I didn’t like that because I wasn’t in the mood for it, though the person I was with might have preferred it since it was only $3 more for his meal and appetite. Still, that didn’t ruin our experience; it was a good value for what we received. Perhaps on a different occasion, the endless food option would have been more appealing. There were a few highlights—the mushroom soup was delicious and easily the best thing on the menu, making up for the slightly overcooked shrimp. Overall, it was a good lunch, but if you’re looking for the best, this place isn’t it!
