Google says they are open until 10pm so we go in around 8pm for a wash and the staff is rude to us , tells us they are closed at 7pm on Thursdays so last wash was by 5pm. Door was also wide open so I would have much rather been locked out than had this interaction with the staff. As I post this their website still says they are open right now.

It’s a very well taken care of older facility the staff is very helpful and they chat with everyone. My go to place for washing my families comforters.

I had a laundry not weighed,overcharged. I told them to keep it all. I'll buy new items,so they can eat it!! Rude?lady told me to stop talking. I asked one question,how much does it weigh at an overcharged $2 lb. $1 lb to have it picked up,wash,dried folded by a company that's friendly, courteous and outstanding,Not a mean ,nasty,rude lady

DO not waste your money. Clothes come out exactly how you put them in just wet. Washers are expensive and don’t do the job at all. Showed employee named Christie I think that my clothes are still super dirty even wrung out my pants right in front of her watching dirty water come off. She told me it’s not the washes fault you have to pre scrub you clothes.

I went to wash a large item. I used the hot setting on the 5 liad washer.First of all the front never got warm from the hot water.Second the item did not come out clean.I had asked upon arrival if the hot water worked only because several years ago i went there and there was no hot water.I was told there was hot water.So if your going to wash something you need a hot wash for GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.IT WAS A TOTAL WASYE OF MY TIME SND MONEY

The lady in charge of the laundry f grey hair with glasses) was polite and her customer service was excellent. She helped us to saved money when advised us to used the biggest washer. The place was super clean, definitively we will be back. Thanks.
