BLUF: 9/19 still no debit card.
Definitely should've checked the reviews before driving 40 minutes to this branch with the expectation that I'd get my issue resolved in real time. I'd like to start by saying a 1 star is generous. I went to get a replacement debit card on Friday, 9/6, because my chip malfunctioned. Before verifying that a card could be printed, Dillon both deactivated and destroyed the card that I had. So, printer is broken, I either have to wait indefinitely, or he can "do me a favor" and overnight it, I'll receive it on Monday, 9/9.
Today is Wednesday, 9/11. No card. No tracking number. No record of it being sent to me. And, to add insult to injury, he didn't even properly reset my pin, so I'm walking around with a digital card that's getting declined because Dillon failed to do his job.
Imagine having to go through all of the accounts your card is attached to, change the number, then find out the physical card doesn't exist, so the customer service line offers to "waive the fee" to send you a new card, thennnnnn, you have to do it all over again.
I trust Navy Federal solely based on affiliation, which I now know makes me an idiot.
Update from NFCU: Card wasn't even PRINTED until Monday 9/9, by someone with whom I didn't even interact when I went into the branch. Who is Diamond? Certainly not the white boy I dealt with...Not only was it not printed until Monday, they didn't even have the decency to expedite it, so now USPS has it and it will possibly be delivered by SEPTEMBER 19th. Approximately 9 business days after I was assured it would be overnighted. Imagine how pleased I am. I'd highly recommend NOT going to this branch, and based on the reviews, it ain't just me.

Pleeeease get a credit union! You just have so many products available to you once you are with Navy Federal. Car loans, home loans, cash out refinance for existing mortgages, business and commercial vehicle loans to business members. Navy Federal is top notch and I’m proud to be a part of this establishment. You can get in if you have a family member who is in the military. In my case my father was in the Army.

Shay and jay were absolutely amazing, Shay greeted me and assisted with transferring me to jay who handled all my questions, concerns, and needs. I wish I could give those two a raise myself!!

Son went in to get a replacement debit card and they refused because he has his TX permit license. The lady was rude and refused to assist him with access to the app to order it himself.

I have been using this branch since it opened. Every single worker in that place is absolutely fantastic. They’re always so kind to open the door before I get to it in my wheelchair. The reason for review is to send a huge thank you to Sandra. I have been in on more than one occasion to send Wire’s. 2 a matter of fact. On both occasion Sandra went well above an beyond to make it absolutely abundantly clear I wasn’t being taken advantage of in some way. You know “being scammed”. Even though it’s took a bit longer and I few extra questions being asked. I by far feel much better knowing there’s someone like Sandra there looking out for NFCU members like they were her own family. Thank you Sandra! Have a wonderful day!

Sadly, I have been a member for almost 10 years. Over the past 2 years, my family and I have had nothing but issues with this credit union. From mistakes with fees taken out of our accounts to outright lies. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your financial services needs.

Client services didnt know how to fill out a wire transfer properly..they sent it somewhere else....called Navy Federal to see if they can help me or the teller. Customer service would not educate or guide said teller through the phone because they are not allowed.

I hate to say it, but most of the reviews about waiting times are true. I was literally there this afternoon, on my lunch break, to put up a form so my wife could join my account. I checked in, and was told I would have to wait for someone to print me a form. No Problem.An hour later, still waiting. Go up to the new "check-in" guy, and asked, "Is it normal to wait for an hour on a form." He informs me, that they are busy, but he could just PRINT OFF THE FORM RIGHT THERE.I waited for an hour for someone he could have done within 5 minutes of me arriving.Not sure if I'll be a member much longer if this type of "service" is provided.

The staff was very pleasant, but my only complaint is how infrequent how one ATMs is almost alway down outside this location. Otherwise, I have no further complaints.

Great service and convenient location. We've been with NFCU since 1985 and they have always taken great care of me and my family. Great fraud department, I got a call while at Universal Studios that someone made an unauthorized purchase, they blocked it right away. Thank you NFCU.
