“Traded in a phone 4 months ago came into the store multiple times after not receiving the credit after the rep told me 1-3 billing cycles it seemed as if everyone was pushing me off to someone else and wasnt being treated seriously. I came in today 7/24 and kaitltn with a smile on her face said she can help and jumped immediately in. She called the loyalty department with my transation number and not only found the phone that was improperly traded in but got me a credit on the phone for all the months i was missing. She deserves a raise!! Thank u for taking ur job serious and caring for the customers the way you do!! Im coming back just for her!!”

I recently visited the T-Mobile store to return a defective item I had purchased at the Costco T-Mobile booth. Initially, I went to Costco, but they informed me that returns had to be handled at the T-Mobile store. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, the staff were not very helpful. They seemed uninterested in assisting and claimed they couldn’t find the receipt or order details. They kept giving different reasons, first saying it had been over two weeks, then over a month, which was frustrating and confusing. As a nearly 15 years customer of T-Mobile I was quite disappointed.
However, Triana stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the store and Costco kiosk policies. Triana guided her colleagues on what needed to be done and ensured my return was processed smoothly. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made all the difference.

“What is not to love about Target! I love their home furnishing department with the Magnolia brand. I always use my Red Card for an additional discount on everything I buy. They have awesome little faux plants for $5.00! And I bought plenty. Since we just moved into our home I have been shopping every day and going about every other day to Target :).
