“Traded in a phone 4 months ago came into the store multiple times after not receiving the credit after the rep told me 1-3 billing cycles it seemed as if everyone was pushing me off to someone else and wasnt being treated seriously. I came in today 7/24 and kaitltn with a smile on her face said she can help and jumped immediately in.
