Rude, crazy cashier (manager, I guess) grandma was shouting at her co-worker cashier in front of everybody today. When worthless people are employed by such great companies, your experience as a customer becomes the worst. Shame on Mobil.

Wouldn’t let me pay at the pump. Forced me to pay inside.Then it forced me to go back inside to get my refund since I didn’t spend it all on the fuel.Then they gave me cash instead of back on the card.What kind of scam is Mobil and 7 eleven running?

Only 1 star because it would not let me put no stars. Today I went in paid for a tank of gas then proceeded to try to pump it the pump was not working. I went inside to talk to the cashier a male who was extremely rude he threatened me and made some extremely rude comments. Do better 711 this was highly un professional!!
