I was there with my wife on Saturday. I believe it was March 9. Amanda was amazing. Great customer service always takes care of me when I’m there. Valerie was very patient with my wife when she was looking for shoes. Genesis was very helpful on holding a shoe for me when I called on the phone about inquiring about the size that my wife wears, my wife is like a kid in the candy shop when she goes in that store

I go to this store frequently and I'm always greeted by some of the most attentive, friendly, informed and helpful associates. Mel is such a lovely and caring associate who has helped me on 2 different occasions and surprisingly remembered what I was looking for months ago. She's so sweet she helped me shop for my family, ran around looking for a million things and did it all with a smile on her face. If you ever see Mel be nice and respectful because that's exactly how she treats others. She's anazing!! ?❤️

The group of Sales team at this Store are unique, professional and outstanding at customer services. Genesis, Dinelis, I hope I got her name right… we’re the best sales ladies I’ve ever encountered. They smile, they greet you, they provide details, they do everything right. I bought a great deal of products from this outlet store but never enjoyed the experience till this time. Customer service matters and these girls wowed me with attention, respect, and detail. Great job!!!!

Went to the store to try and get my brand new bag that started to peel off with 1 and half months of usage and Amanda gave me a piece of paper with a number to call that send a link to my phone to fill out a bunch of information that I don’t know because it was a gift explained the whole situation and gave her the email that it was bought with and still said she couldn’t do anything to help and i saw that she just didn’t want to try at all and help me with my situation kept telling she couldn’t do anything and that i needed to call the number. If I saw that she wanted to help me I wouldn’t be writing this review but she did the opposite to take me out of the store and kept saying she couldn’t do nothing to help.

I am so impressed with the warm welcome of the staff when we came into the store I am so glad that our first time to go to this premium outlet. We are more impressed and greatly enjoyed our time to look around when Ms. Ysabelle (ysa) was able to help us with warm welcome to us we are like 5 of us came to buy bags, shoes, jewel rides clothes, glasses etc. Ms. Ysa deserves a raise for her great asset to us and to the company and her everlasting welcome to us and very joyful helping us from picking and selecting items in the MK store. We are very greatful for her beautiful personality to us and as well as the rest of the present staff today 9/23/202.Thank you for all you help! You guys Rock! We will come back!!! HRowley

I went there yesterday to exchange a purse and I'm very pleased with this store. Amanda helped with my exchange and she is absolutely awesome!!!! She was super nice, helpful, caring, and totally understanding. Finding the purse I wanted and her helping me with it made my day. The prices are very reasonable and I loved the selection too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
