I went into lucky brand today to find a particular pair of jeans and asked an employee for help. The employee was very rude and acted like she had a problem with helping me find what I needed. I’ve never been in this store before and do not plan on ever returning. To the employee that had the problem helping me, if you don’t like your job go find another one. There is no reason to be a grinch during Christmas time!!!

Drove 45 minutes to shop here and they changed their hours on the window but their corporate website and Google maps does not reflect these hour changes. Couldn't shop since they were closed.

I've always wanted a pair of Lucky jeans but the stores at the mall are extra small and I've just never felt comfy in them. My bestie and I decided to check this store out and so glad we did. The store is large! And everything is spaced out so you don't feel on top of other shoppers. Staff is super friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. I ended up getting two pair of ankle jeans for $40 each! Fitting rooms were open and you didn't have to go get a staff member to unlock which I also loved since I had to make a few trips for sizing and style. Lucky me, I got Lucky at Lucky Jeans :)

Beautiful friendly staff. Excellent high quality made in USA jean products. The ladies were very helpful in finding the items I was looking for. Really great prices and huge selection. I can't say enough great things about this place. Check out Lucky Brand next time you come here.
