we visit this store few times a week for my new construction business needs. not a friendly service at the return counter..
they ignore you for bringing a genuine return and then a rude attitude . online shopping is much better experience..
also, hard to find a attendant to ask any questions at the back when most of them are seen together at the checkout counter ...disappointed!!!

Mr. Ed is a true asset to this location! I came in 15 minutes prior to closing for a refund and to make a purchase. Without hesitation without an attitude and with extreme efficiency, Mr. Ed took me right where I needed to go help me find what I needed on all the aisles. He even made sure I got to check out before closing. I appreciate that go above beyond service attitude he exemplified this evening. Thank you

I have to change my review. The returning Merch guy ( black dude), was very rude to the lady upfront while customers were there. Couldn't return an item because it was open but not used. When I went to the back end , there were items opened up. ( See photo).

I went there specifically for a small plant, to put at a family members final resting place. Wow, so many beautiful flowers and plants to choose from. I didn't realize that Lowe's has an extensive garden section. The vibe of the store was very positive, every employee I saw went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Lowe's in Lutz / Land O Lakes 👍👍

It’s like the new Disneyland right now...so many people... try going early in the morning because it’s super crowded in the afternoon l still got my gazebo outdoor furniture and grill that I’ve been wanting forever! It looks amazing and was easy to put together! Thanks Lowe’s for the great service. I get everything here from rugs, paint supplies, appliances plants flowers and garden supplies. Great service and very good selection of inventory.

Sorry, not overly impressed with the staff. I went looking for rabbit fencing, & was looking at the signs trying to figure where I needed to go, 3 employees walked by me, not one of them was with a customer & not one stopped to ask if I needed help. This is normal, every time I went to this store, I had to hunt down someone to help me. When I did, they gave me the aisle number & went on their way. Never asked if I needed anything else.

Got the last battery back up they had in stock. I don't understand why this store is always low or out of stock on items when it shows they have several in stock on their website???
